So I called the store to order extra blue cheese...mind you, I know it's an extra fee, but i didn't see an option to order extra when I placed said order. I have no problem paying for what I order, & I tip very well!!! The person who answered the phone was so rude, disrespectful, mean and racist, I will NEVER...AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! And I will be calling corporate in the morning!!

Twice I've ordered here and got cold food the first time the management remains it fresh for me so it was fine and he was very nice, the second time I ordered online and the pickup time was 11 so when I got it I asked if it was fresh and of course I was lied to and the food was ice cold so I went back into the store and was told by the assistant management that they were not going to remake it it was cold and there was no attempt to make it right I was met with attitude and poor customer service never order from here online and always check your food! The customer does not matter here

Ordered well-done wings & received wings that were just barely done. They had the texture of boiled chicken, with gummy skin, and not even remotely close to being crispy. Ive honestly never had wings this poorly prepared before anywhere. The fries were okay though

Ordered a blackened quesadilla and 8 piece original wings...it was hot and delicious...the delivery took 15 min longer then posted, no problem, I go 2 sauces one was right one was not but no worries it all got used...the quesadilla is so good but they used to put some salsa...thank goodness I had some at hand...so yeah some tweaks maybe but my food was really good

Southland Drive location needs to train the Richmond Rd location on how to toss the wings in the sauce. This is my 2nd time ordering with the same issue. I’d rather drive the Southland going forward to get my food. I order buffalo parm.

Wings were good, and we even got some free fries and chips since we stayed in there long enough to be around when an order got canceled. Overall a good experience. We couldn't split our bill after a coupon was applied, but they had awesome customer service and they gave us enough ranch to go around free of charge. Friendly employees and it was overall a good time. The TV was playing cops so that was cool. Would come back

Was not impressed. I started eating the chicken and my stomach turned. The celery and carrots had not been washed because I cleaned dirt off of it. I attempted to eat more of the chicken later and it turned my stomach again. I realized it was the chicken, because I ate other food from home and my stomach had no problems. The cashier didn't know the menu and didn't seem literate/able to count or operate the register properly. I sat at a table to wait for my takeout order and noticed it hadn't been cleaned.
