I waited 10 minutes for SAUCED tenders in a zax pack tenders were unsauced as well as the wrong sauce being put in the box I was 3 tenders short as well as no strawberry sauce for my cheesecake bites I wouldn’t be so mad if the workers weren’t on their phone the majority of the time I waited and could’ve taken the time to get my order ready

I order DoorDash when I’m at work and they won’t season the fries. You ask for extra seasoning they don’t put any on it at all. This time I never even got a straw. Gonna find somewhere else to order from on Fridays.

I go often, but this time I was disappointed order the signature sandwich meal, no Zax sauce, rolled in sweet n spicy sauce. All I received was chicken and bread no additional topping!!

*UPDATE I had 1 pickle on my sandwich!! Changing stars from 3 to 2.

I had a terrible experience at Zaxby's today. When we walked in, a guy was already complaining about waiting 25 minutes for his food. We ordered three meals and then waited 30 minutes. When we asked about our order, they had lost it. They took our receipt to remake it, but 15 minutes later, still no food. They said they were waiting on every single item. And it would be at least another 15 minutes.

We just asked for a refund and left at that point, still hungry. I also asked when the general manager would be in and what their name is. We're planning to follow up tomorrow.

Overall, it was a complete mess. If you don’t want to waste your time and deal with bad service, avoid this place. Went in at 7:45 and at 8:45 we’re now left without food and upset.
