Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Worse salad ever. Ordered cob for dinner after work. Old dried up chicken, bread tasted like it was grilled on a dirty grill, lettuce itself had a preservative taste and I got 30 pieces of cucumber, 4 pieces of over ripe tomato. They even screwed up the bacon How do you ruin bacon? Come on, throw it all out when it's old, don't sell it or you get reviews like mine. Won't be back for a long, long, time IF ever. Lost my business.

The food was great, the employees went above and beyond for me as well. I don’t eat out often so was not 100% sure of the menu and I was greeted immediately with the employee being super super nice and patient and recommended me some items! Also the inside was very clean.

I give a place 3 tries before doing a Google review. Sorry Zaxby, but this location struck out. No diet Coke in the machine? The menu details are so tiny you can't even read them from the counter, and at the counter there is some motor that is so loud you can't hear the person right on the other side. They got my order wrong and my name wrong, so I know they could not hear either. Anyway, I ordered traditional wings, but got boneless - they were not as good as bar food. the 'toast' was white with a few light brown spots, certainly not buttered and Toasted. The fries, I asked for extra crispy - they were room temp and rubbery. My son got strips as he likes trying your various sauces, so I tried one of those - and it was sorta rubbery chicken. Hey Canes, I'll be back! Oh and your sauce - if Cane's is a 10, yours is a 7 at best. BTW, this is not the employee's fault, it's the way this place is set up and the food. I won't be back.

The store has greatly improved, in the past food was not always fresh, staff was not the friendliest, but within the past 3-6 months this zaxbys has become a great place to enjoy a meal with my family. We are always treated greatly, and the food is much much better.

Save you the trouble and go to the chick fil a down the road, the staff looks miserable, the chicken is burnt or lacking sauce, clearly there’s just no integrity or effort put into this place(Not worth waiting 20 minutes on some boneless wings) stop sinking money into bad business.

Really what’s going on with this location? Do we just not care about customer satisfaction? I waited in line for over 45 minutes for an online order, come to open my food.. burnt. Freezer burnt. No seasoning. No sauce.
I asked for extra seasoning on fries, received freezer burnt no seasoning fries.
Asked for white cheddar cheese bites, got freezer burnt nasty bites.
Paid for extra sauce. Received ZERO.
$38, wasted. In the trash.

Location a little confusing to get to because the roads around are a little run down and not the easiest to get through when busy.

Food was good, not quite what I expect from zaxbys but about 9/10 what I expected. Staff was friendly and quick. Dining room clean but restrooms definitely needed cleaned.

It's fire. Zaxby's beats Lexington's Cane's out by a longshot imo.

We stopped in around 11:30a to grab a quick lunch so we could get back on the highway. Our chicken fingers and fries were cold, so we were not able to fully enjoy our meal.
