service is always awful, especially after 6 pm. there’s workers just standing around on their phones while you’re waiting for a pickup order or to place an order. they’re very rude and act like you’re an inconvenience. literally always have to wait 40+ minutes for a pickup order of two meals and then they give you unseasoned fries and tiny tenders. the drive thru is the only way to get your food fast, and quality still isn’t guaranteed.

Not sure if they just can’t hear but EVERYTIME I ask for extra ranch or seasoning it’s like they purposefully leave it out and give me the most bland unseasoned fries I’ve ever had. I shouldn’t have to check every single thing in my bag everytime I come through . Could be because it’s full of high schoolers and pretty much an after school program though .

I can admit when i make a mistake like when i was in a rush to order my food and accidentally had the wrong location selected that’s all me so i went on the app to cancel and I cant so i try to call the store and i sit through a 2 minute automated script 5 times and no answer i just wanted to cancel it and change locations of orders and i cant even do that!!!!!!

There food was great especially the fries they were the best fries in the world and we got are food in 10 seconds and the atmosphere really was not the greatest.i will go here all the time for fries.

SO slow. I placed a mobile and had to wait FOREVER. There was no one inside and no crowd in the drive-thru. Why aren't you working on my mobile order I stead of just standing around doing nothing while I wait!

One would expect to at least get fresh food after spending 25 minutes sitting in a drive thru. Not at this Zaxby's, it's clear that these employees are willing to serve food to paying customers that they themselves WOULD NOT eat. Chicken fingers were chewy and dark in color indicating they likely weren't cooked in the last hour, white cheddar bites were also chewy and had air pockets in them, obviously way past their hot holding time. Fries were soggy but not quite as old as chicken and cheese bites. I really don't even like to complain but the food was ridiculously old to the point that people are going to get sick from eating at the Redding Rd. Zaxby's. Hopefully management reads this and makes some much needed staffing changes to their nightshift crew.

Took over 20 minutes and got ranch when asked for Bleu cheese. Last time I was here it took over 30 minutes and got ranch. Last time I will go here.
