Would give a 0 Star if I could. My girlfriend and I place a mobile order while I’m on lunch, we go an pick it up. We ordered extra toppings and got none of them on it.

We went back taking up more of the time to spend together for her to get it fixed since it was $2 worth of additions for the girl she spoke to be nice but 2 of the boys in the restaurant to make sexual remarks about my girlfriend, one had seen her on a dating app prior and talked about her having a “banging body” and the other just stared at her making a creepy smirk.

Will never go back and I am BEYOND missed. Both boys should be fired immediately. Absolutely ridiculous to be little horn dogs to a customer

Zaxbys was ok, staff friendly, clean, plenty of parking, food ok, Chicken is Chicken, dident try a lot on the menu, so can't really say a lot about the food, except the chicken, bacon advicodo wrap was ok, worth a try.

Second time in a row, I didn’t receive my sauces with my order

Every single time we order Cole slaw they never put in a seperate container. So after making it back home all fries and chicken had Cole slaw juice all over it. I tried called this Zaxbys and no one answers. All I can say is that my chicken tenders and fries were wet and fries also and tasted like chicken and no team member returned my call.

Went in for a to-go order around lunchtime (1:00) , stood in the lobby for 25 minutes waiting on my food. Almost took my whole lunch break.

The food here lately has not been cutting it, I love Zax but yall are going to have to do better about ppl who’s paying for you to be consistent in ur food. Not a happy customer.

Food was great. A group of younger kids were in. They were just talking. Not yelling or misbehaving. A lady training new team members went over and told them to be quiet. Then another worker stood up and aggressively asked them if they mumbled something under their breath!! They are children! Very embarrassing on management. This is not a family restaurant.

I went to this location for the third time ever today. I went cause I was in a pinch and needed lunch. 2 out of my 3 visits over the course of 6 months I was missing chicken fingers. Which may not seem like a big deal, but it is when you’re starving and it is the only thing you will have time to eat until later. Not to mention you paid for more than you got, this location has let me down two out of three visits. Unfortunately I was on a time crunch and could not turn around. If you plan on visiting this establishment please check your food before driving off.
