So good. The chicken and Zaxby sauce go great together and the fries are divine. The waiter was so nice and the ambiance was so good with the tv inside and decor.

Stood there for 10 minutes was ignored. 2 of the female workers was goofing off in bathroom and one was on their phone. Wouldn't recommend going here at all!

My wife, who is disabled, and I went to Zaxbys in Lexington. They brought our food out to our table for us and opened the door for my wife. She's in a wheelchair. Their service was a step above all the rest.

Placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru, when I arrived they asked me to come inside. That's not a big deal, but when I got home they hadn't given me a straw, they put ice in my drink even though I sell red no ice on the app, and my food was burnt!

Cole slaw dumped in the to go box, a few fries and 1/2 buttered piece of toast. Chicken fingers were good. No utensil’s or ketchup. Sweet tea was watered down.

Zaxby's quality in general seems to have dipped the past few years, but I always seem to have the most issues with this location. The chicken is often dry. Lately they don't put the coleslaw in its own container, so it gets on everything and makes a mess. Service has been bad at times. I try to avoid this location, but honestly, it may be best to avoid Zaxby's altogether. I wish it were better.Vegetarian options: It's a chicken place. You could get a salad without chicken, but you're better off going somewhere else.

My last three experiences at this Zaxby's: 1) parked, received wrong food, went inside to exchange and received wrong food again with no apology; 2) parked, didn't get part of my order; 3) asked to park again but didn't have time so I asked for a refund. Instead I was charged a second time and when I said that's what the receipt appeared to show, I was assured it was a refund, but my card shows two charges. No apology. So, three strikes and you're out. I'll never go back to this terrible location.
