Always love stopping at zaxbys when driving down south. Love their menu and great chicken. Always seem to be very pleasant staff. This one was a little on the messy side, but still had great service and food.

Love this place, my closest and favorite Zaxbys in Lexington, I go here at least once a week and get the exact same thing everytime, 10 Buffalo Fingers tossed in wimpy with Zax’s sauce instead of Ranch, plus a large Fry and an 8 oz side of Wimpy. Tonight I received 10 boneless wings instead of Chicken fingers with is a pretty big price decrease got scammed out of basically 6$ and no Zax’s sauce. Please refund me or

So drive to Richmond Rd. Sand Lake Dr. Zaxby’s. I had a craving for just some GREAT crinkle cut fries and ketchup. I haven’t had any luck getting good fries with NO SEASONING at the New Circle Rd. Zaxby’s. The always give me old fries with seasoning. So drove across town. Told them I wanted a LARGE FRESH FRIES WITH NO SEASONING at. I told them at the window the experience I was having at New Circle Rd. They laughed the girl said we checked No Seasoning. So I take them get back on Richmond Rd. Opened up thought I’ll grab one until I get home.!! Well these DID NOT HAVE SEASONING ON THEM. But they were they fries that you prefer and leaving hanging in the basket over the oil so when they are busy they can drop them for a minute and throw them out the window to you. That’s what they did. I turned around went all the way back to to the little young girl assuming some kind of manager same one I had already talked to beforehand. I told them I wanted a LARGE FRESH FRY WITH NO SEASONING MADE FRESH! She said “O if you want fresh it’s like 8-12 minutes”. I told her I DO NOT MIND Waiting. So she told me pull in space one when done we can bring out. I pulled in space one got comfortable it was exactly 3 minutes she at my window. She said that the cook told her that these fries where FRESH!! Then walked off!! I opened them they were worse and blacker and greaser than the first batch PLUS HALF OF THEM HAD SEASONING ON THEM! What the hell can you do!! This was absolutely RIDICULOUS $4.00 for greasy lunch time left over fries!!! I hope I can get pic downloaded so I can share with you!!! PSSS: it did finally let me download a picture of the CHEF’s FRIES that he said where fresh!!! L😣L!!

This Zaxby's smelled of old oil.
I ordered the blue cheese chicken salad
I didn't see the buffalo garlic sauce was on it
All over and it had no bread or bleu cheese
The remade it for me no problem with out the buffalo sauce.
That was really nice of them
But they should call it buffalo chicken salad with Bleu cheese 🤔

Restaurant was not busy. Had a curbside order. They left out the cheese bites ($4.99) and half of the sauces! Every time I go to this location, they leave something out of the order. Do better! Pay attention!!

I went and got the new fried chicken quesadilla that they got in. don’t let him out here. What do we do my quesadilla wasn’t really toasted. The chicken tasted soggy the peppers and onions was soggy. And I love Zaxby’s, but it wasn’t hitting to me.

Ordered through Uber eats. The chicken fingers were so small they should have been called chicken toes. The fry box was not full. Poor job, very poor job.

When we pulled in there was only one curbside spot so i knew something was fishy. We were there 5 minutes early and waited 15 minutes past curbside time till we decided to go in. We saw our order sitting on the pickup shelf after I had pressed the “I’m here” button 3 times and multiple staff had walked out and seen our car. They got 2/3 of our drinks wrong and this was not a good experience.

Zaxby’s checks two boxes for me which is unique. I love their salads and their Texas toast sandwiches so I can eat here is I’m wanting more greens or just comfort food.
