Zaxby’s checks two boxes for me which is unique. I love their salads and their Texas toast sandwiches so I can eat here is I’m wanting more greens or just comfort food.

The service was fast, but the food was mediocre at best. Salads were ok, but pricey. The french fries were soggy and over salted. The cheese curds were dry, hard, and missing cheese!! Won’t be going there again.

Manager Logan was rude, and refused to provide the food ordered. Young girl on the Drive thru was very rude as well. Manager Logan huffed and puffed having to help with the issues, truly a terrible restaurant.

We’ve gone to this location since it opened. The food is always good, but we’ve noticed the bread tastes stale and too dry for many months now. We hate to see the quality decreasing.

Decent food..as with anything... oversaturated the town with way too many restaurants of the same variety...so you have to pick your time. Zaxby's at opening is no bueno....hold off til 12:30 to get the decent food. Drive thru is mostly late Millennials on their cellphone so always check your bag.

My coworkers and I visited the Sand Lake Drive Zaxby's. We weren't greeted, and instead, we noticed the workers yelling at one of the cashiers. When she came to take our order, she was practically in tears. The behavior of the workers that day was completely inhumane. As a business, you should be ashamed of yourselves for letting them treat that poor girl like that. I am disgusted that she was being treated in such a manner and have never in my life seen such rude employees before. That worker should never treat one of the employees in such a vile manner. I will NEVER return to this business until this horrible behavior is addressed and fixed, and no one should ever be treated so harshly that they cry. This was a disgusting display of behavior and a clear example of a toxic work environment. I hope that the poor girl quits and finds somewhere else that will treat her with respect because this establishment failed and treats her HORRIBLY. No employee should EVER be treated like that, and we will NOT be returning until it is fixed.
