Great all around!

Today 6/1/25.pick up order. I would have to give a one regarding service. That is customer service. I had place a pick up order. Was informed one order does not come with chips and salsa that it was extra. No problem there. However when I get back to work with my co workers orders. I was missing a bag of chips. So I called in trying to explain and informing whomever answered I am of the 3 others comes with chips and salsa but I should have 4 since one was paid for. Was informed could come in to get it. I informed them that I am back at work unable to leave. So I asked the person who answered the phone to add the money back to the card that was charged. Informed unable to only the manager can. Then when asked to speak to the manager was informed there is no manager on duty. My response no manager on duty? Yes that's right.

I've read the comments about poor service and I believe there are new wait staff. In January 2025, a waiter new to the restaurant but not new to the business was very attentive, and clearly new his business. He also seem concerned that management was fully aware. I think they've have a wake-up since 2024. Dining room immaculate. Food was good but not outstanding. I know no one here. Rey Azteca appears to be owned by a family trying to run a restaurant and make a living, rather than a chain.

The staff needs better training. I made an order and was missing an item and was met with rude nasty behavior. I absolutely will not be returning for over priced medicore food and nasty attitudes.

Went there they messed up one of my orders and an order of someone I was eating with. When my correct food came out there was a cockroach in my food. And the lil jarritos at the front are severely overcharged the person I was eating with s check went from $22 to $33 after adding the jarrito. 10/10 would not recommend

Really good food, really good service!

I placed a takeout order upon arrival and I waited only 10 mins. It was a double order of mixed fajitas for my wife and I. It was excellent except for... many peices of the steak were extremely fatty and it ruined the beef side of things for the meal. The chicken and all else was great. And the guacamole was absolutly superb.

Wait staff way worst the guy then gets our order wrong. We ate what the briught us had no taste. Had better food at taco bell. But man the waiter was worst dont waste your money. Would givr s 0 if I could

We have always had a great experience here. The service is excellent, fast and friendly. The food is consistent and flavorful. The atmosphere is typical for a Mexican restaurant.
We have never been disappointed!
