Just went through drive thru ordered 30 dollars worth of breakfast menu and they pulled us up to wait for the order. They bring the order out and it's missing 2 items so I walk in to get said items and had to wait while several employees are just standing there drinking personal drinks and having personal conversations at the front counter. And they still left out one of the 2 items after I went in and asked for the items that were missing. Maybe quit standing around drinking personal drinks and talking and actually do the job you are getting paid for such as checking each order to make sure the correct items are in the bags.

Stopped by to get supper while in town, the service was good. BUT, when we got our food it was cold. My Frisco Burger was cold as ice, my wife's chicken sandwich was overcooked and hard. She barely could bite it off. Very disappointing!!!

I ordered 1 big ham and cheese combo, with curly fries. No fries In order. 2 chicken Casadia Got 1 3 chicken soft tacos. No cheese on any of them. Server was friendly. The food was cold. Long day did not find out until home. Done won't return very dissatisfied. With quality of food.. I spent $ 24.18 for crap.

The young girl named Brin that took my order this morning at the Liberty, Ky location was extremely rude, and cut me off anytime I said something. Even my kids in the back seat commented at how hateful and unpleasant she was being. She also gave us no napkins, no straws, and no ice in our cups, and if someone is going to work costumer services, then this type of behavior should be unacceptable. I’ve gone to this location for years and always loved how kind and friendly the staff is, until today

I bought food to go but I went inside to order it. I took about three or four minutes for somebody to come and take my order because they were cleaning, which is understandable but the food the hotdog the chili sauce on it was just pure watery and it just made my bun water soaked Hardee’s is usually such a good place to eatand I usually always get their chili dogs, but it wasn’t good the other night.
