The young girl named Brin that took my order this morning at the Liberty, Ky location was extremely rude, and cut me off anytime I said something. Even my kids in the back seat commented at how hateful and unpleasant she was being. She also gave us no napkins, no straws, and no ice in our cups, and if someone is going to work costumer services, then this type of behavior should be unacceptable. I’ve gone to this location for years and always loved how kind and friendly the staff is, until today

I bought food to go but I went inside to order it. I took about three or four minutes for somebody to come and take my order because they were cleaning, which is understandable but the food the hotdog the chili sauce on it was just pure watery and it just made my bun water soaked Hardee’s is usually such a good place to eatand I usually always get their chili dogs, but it wasn’t good the other night.

well after 16 minutes they still messed my order up.... Thought I would give them a shot as the messed several orders up in the past... NEVER AGAIN GOOD
The server got the order right but shoved the sausage biscuits on top of the hash rounds in a tiny bag. The hash rounds were so damaged that I would have needed a spoon to eat them. It seems like there is always an issue at this location.

Had a large order. The fries were cold and no tacos or quesadias. Server had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Forgot 1 of the shakes and tried to say we didn't order it until we pulled the receipt. Won't be there next time in town.

We stood inside for almost ten minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Inside service was very slow but drive thru moved along quickly. Once they took our order food came out relatively quick.
