Stopped in today while out traveling. The service is excellent and very friendly. the prices are great. I had the chicken sandwich combo with Cole slaw, and it was excellent. Best chicken sandwich ever. Thick and juicy and fresh. Hats off to the owner.
I've been to alot of countries and alot of states and can say, Lee's in Berea, Lancaster and Danville, Ky make the best chicken I've ever had. They completely shame all the larger and better known places. The chicken is always fresh and tender with crunchy batter. They also offer spicy chicken, my favorite, along with the cole slaw and potato wedges. The staff are always friendly and helpful even with special requests. My wife and I don't like the cost or taste...
