I've been to many Pizza Hut's. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing but this one in particular did a great job. They were quick, the food was made well and the customer service was good as well.

Absolutely terrible! I should have known by the empty parking lot not to eat there. Ordered a salad and BBQ chicken pizza and cheese bread and water with lemon. I get water with a package of lemon juice. For the salad, I got lettuce, shredded cheese, and dressing. With the cheese bread, I got 1 little container of marinara sauce. The pizza had no sauce on it. Instead, I got a little container of BBQ sauce, which was needed because the pizza was so bland. And not one time did the server check on us or offer anything. Had to get up and ask for a refill, more sauce, and when I asked for a to go box (because pretty much the whole pizza was to go for my dog) she comes back with a little personal pan pizza box and asked if that was big enough! Common sense.... what happened to it?

Parking: Parked by entrance it was good because we dined in and also bought 2 pizzas to take home.
Very poor management you can’t even get change of $100 on a $40 order because some reason they don’t take hundreds so sometimes it’s a major inconvenience to the customer

Traveling with family we decided to stop for dinner. Terrible customer service. After a long wait to be seated we ordered drinks. It took another 25 minutes to get drinks served. They were not busy. Twice the waitress said she was trying to do too many things at once and had forgotten. When the waitress brought our tavern-style pizza to our table she didn’t say anything to us, put it on the table and walked away. The pizza was missing a piece and one of the other pieces appeared to have a bite taken out of it. I went to the counter and asked what had happened to the pizza. She insisted that there was not a piece missing.
I disagree, there was definitely a piece missing as the missing piece would have had crust that would have completed the outer crust ring on the pizza (See the included picture). The other piece in question was the irregular shaped piece that was not a straight cut square as it would have been from the cutting, it appeared to have a bite taken from it. They could not tell me what had happened to the missing piece or the “irregularly” cut piece. Since I couldn’t get answers to my questions, I said I wanted my bill.
I feel that serving a pizza like that to customers, especially in a sit-down restaurant did not meet Pizza Hut or my standards. We won’t be going back.
