This place was hoping and yet timely & accurate!!! Even though we drove through, I had to pull over and run in to ring the bell! I was going to soak to management to give kudos but they were busy inside out!

god forbid you ask for sauce here… I asked for red ranch and they literally don’t even fill it up half way. They seemed very agitated that me and my husband even asked for the sauce, we had to go through the drive thru 2 times and we was very nice too, we wasn’t rude or anything and what’s funny is we paid almost $10 for sauce just for them to not even fill up the cups. I get working in fast food is rough sometimes but work on being nice to the customers that’s nice to you.
The service was prompt. The folks behind the counter were helpful. The dining area was clean and open. The food was tasty. The milkshakes were great. We got three to start with: 2 chocolate and one vanilla. Those were so good we got 4 strawberry shakes to go to sip slowly as we went down road.
Vegetarian options: They comped us a Sprite.
Parking: It was a shared parking lot so it had plenty of room.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for the kids to wander around, but no "play places" like the big burger chains.

We had a dine in order tonight, order #177 at 8:51pm. Our server, Leslie, walked to the register, said hold on a minute, then went back to stand in front of the lady who was taking drive thru orders. After about three minutes of watching them, she turned back around and took our order. She proceeded to crumble up our receipt and threw it away.We waited for our order and received a roast beef sandwich instead of a french dip sub. We exchanged that out but, the fried Mac n cheese bites were literally burned. I do have to say the restaurant was very clean. However, when Leslie took our order, she walked off to go clean, and was spray the tables with so much cleaner you could taste it in the air. I usually have a good dining experience but this one was sub par at best.
