I ordered just a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and it was so hot and so delicious! But this review is not for the food, it is for the sweet girl who took my money and handed me my food. She asked how my day was. She asked what my plans for the day were. I wish I would have gotten her name but I didn’t. Anyway, best interaction at a fast food restaurant maybe, ever. Kudos to her parents for teaching her how to have a conversation.

The breakfast sandwiches were warm and perfect. The BoRounds were crispy outside and pillow soft inside. Perfect IMHO!

I had a terrible experience with this particular Bohangles. When I placed my order it was for one order of 3 legs with 2 additional thighs with sides. I also ordered another meal with 3 legs with sides. The server told me they had the legs but there would be a 15 minute wait for the thighs and since the thighs were for my son I agreed to wait. The 15 minutes turned into 30 minutes and people behind me were getting their orders ahead of me left and right. 30 minutes later I finally got my meals but to my surprise the order was missing 2 legs. Since there was no one behind me (everyone else got their food) I backed up to the drive thru window and I finally got their attention (they were all on their phones) and told them they didn't give me my legs and they told me they had already gave away all the legs to people who hadn't had to wait 30 minutes. This was unbelievable and unacceptable! I know this review won't make a difference at this local Bojangles but as a word of caution to future customers do not waste your time with this place and if you do don't move up to the white line for waiting stay right where you are at, at the drive thru window and don't move until you get your order. This location seems poorly managed with irresponsible teens who seemed not to care about the name they represent. I don't know the owners but if they take any pride in the company they represent they will hopefully make some changes. I have visited lots of other Bojangles and they all run a smooth, PROFESSIONAL Bojangles which this location is severely out of stock of and I don't see them getting it corrected anytime soon. Hopefully I'm wrong and changes will be made. I will never know because I'm never going back, this visit left an unbelievable bad taste with me.

The biscuits are always consistent and the ham biscuits usually have enough to taste, although they can be skimpy on it sometimes. If the ham were more consistent it would be even better.
