On our way back home to Dayton, OH, we made a stop at Bojangles and were fortunate to be assisted by “Mel.” As first-timers, we had a lot of questions, but Mel was incredibly patient, helpful, and welcoming. She guided us through the menu with a smile that made us feel right at home. We absolutely feasted — but it was Mel’s outstanding service and genuine warmth that left a lasting impression. Omg!! I have never been to a Bojangles, but Mel made our ordering process effortless with being so efficient in all our questions° Mel needs a huge raise with her southern hospitality and knowledge of the brand products!

We stopped here on the way back home. Typical Bo's is really good... this store had poor service, no chicken, and the chicken that was available had feathers in the chicken wings bigger than the wings themselves... thought for sure the chicken had just flown away!!! No Sweet tea either...
Food looked old and it tasted like the previous day's leftovers... Disappointed in this site because I really like Bo's

I've been occasionally eating here since the opened. Their breakfast is amazing. Most of their food good. Restaurant has always been clean and the staff is usually pretty good. The managers are top notch. I tried the bird dog combo yesterday with a peach cobbler for the misses. It was ok. Nothing special. The wife loved the cobbler tho. I tried a bite and it was really good. I do recommend this restaurant especially the chicken sandwich! 4 out of 5 🌟
Exceptional service and food on three occasions during the month. The manager is gracious and accommodating in every way. Big fan of this particular BJ’s, highly recommend and will frequent here often.

Went through the drive through i was asked to pull in a parking spot to wait for tenders. 15 mins later the lady came out with an order that wasn't ours and said she would be right out with our order. After 5 more mins I went in and was told they were waiting for the sandwich. The sandwich wasn't fresh but the lies were. Really disappointed in them. We stop once a week atleast. Horrible customer service

London ky location needs shut down! The amount of bad reviews says all you need to know. They need to just replace it with something that actually tastes good and has better service. Bojangles I am so disappointed in this location. We decided to stop by while we were out to get some food. Our order was simple enough- chicken strip meal, kids meal, and grilled chicken sandwich. All (and I mean ALL) of it was awful. Not only was it awful, we waited an HOUR for our food. In the DRIVE THRU! I’m not even exaggerating. We had 5 cars get their food and go around us while we waited. So we go back to the window wanting to know why it’s been so long. They said the biscuits were being made fresh. So you tellin me that the 5 cars behind us didn’t get biscuits…?! BS. But ya know what, we waited because we thought, well maybe it’ll all be fresh and delicious and it will be worth the wait. HA No.. everything but the biscuits were ice cold (also not exaggerating). My sandwich was not only cold but I couldn’t even bite through it because the chicken felt like a big piece of rubber. I ended up completely trashing it all. HUGE waste of money and time. This trip just reminded me why I’ve never liked bojangles in the first place 🙄 yall do better!!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The restaurant was clean and tidy. We were refreshed by how polite the staff was. They were backed up with orders and but still were communicating with each other and had good attitudes. Our wait time was a little long and we had to ask about our order which we learned had been skipped somehow. They quickly apologized and took care of the issue right away. Great service and food.
