On our way back home to Dayton, OH, we made a stop at Bojangles and were fortunate to be assisted by “Mel.” As first-timers, we had a lot of questions, but Mel was incredibly patient, helpful, and welcoming. She guided us through the menu with a smile that made us feel right at home. We absolutely feasted — but it was Mel’s outstanding service and genuine warmth that left a lasting impression. Omg!! I have never been to a Bojangles, but Mel made our ordering process effortless with being so efficient in all our questions° Mel needs a huge raise with her southern hospitality and knowledge of the brand products!
What are great place with a down home feel. Food was fantastic and Mel at the cash register was so helpful. She knows her stuff and made perfect recommendations. She deserves a huge raise!!
