Everytime I come to this location whether its at night or morning, they are always messing up orders. They either dont make it right, dont put it in the bag, or they hand you a completely different order. They where like this before they got remodeled and they are continuing to do it. Its like whoever is training them is really slacking off. I normally drive to the OTHER side of town for the other location than come to this one. And what's really crazy they aren't even super busy each time.

They always mess my order up plus complain about make chicken fries this is a shitty Burger King

I went through the drive through this afternoon got my order, no problem. A fee hours later, I get a notice from my bank for s $1500 charge with Best Buy. The card in question has not been used for anything except bills for quite some time and the next charge after stopping there is fraud.
Tried to call and talk to the manager, but nobody answers.
All I can say is beware of this Burger King.
If I can ever reach the manager, i tell tell them they gave a thief working there and the afternoons in tge drive through about 4pm.

The restaurant was clean and had available seating. The service was fantastic... The server Michelle was very helpful in helping me with my order. The food was smoking hot and made to order correctly. The prices are affordable. And let's not forget about the restrooms, because they were clean and well stocked. Overall, my experience was a 10 !!!

There are 2 burger kings in London, KY and the one on Main St is much better than the other. I do not live in London, but have driven from KY to TN many times (50?) and this is where I stop to eat if hungry. I didn't realize such a big difference until the last 2 times. I ate at the more southern one Nov. 15, and then main st Dec 16. I always get the exact same thing. This one on Main St the buns are fresher, the toppings are better, fries are fresher and hotter, and the wait time is much less. The people are friendly at both locations but it seems like things are moving faster and better at the main st location.
