The management here needs to revamp badly, they short staff the second shift while also screaming at them? I was in this store the other day, and waited forever while listening to some woman scream at her minor employees. Disgraceful.

2 managers working. Some guy has two big bags I assume with his belongings siting on a table. He comes back in from outside and decides to start playing music really load on his phone. Everybody keeps looking at him, music not suitable for the young boy maybe 3 sitting at a table near him. And to top it all off he decides he will start vaping. He was not in there when we sat down he came in afterwards. His table was next to ours and the managers never said a word.

From out of town, got it thru the drive thru. Made it down the road and they forgot half the order. Now I understand all the reviews.

Yes this is the bus station. Yes it is a rough place at night. But the manager will let you stay and catch the bus and treat you as an equal even though there is people there that are very wild. Good luck with your travels. But the manager is a very nice man. They should make that Burger King a 24 hours considering buses go there 24 hours and people are left outside at night after they closed but like I said that manager on the second shift is about 44 years old I had a few conversations with him, he deserves a raise the stuff that that man went through in one night I can only imagine working in an atmosphere like that fast food and a bus station at the same time. Hey man literally banging on the back door was completely disrespectful because they were closed after hours and spit on the window and treated them all ruthlessly. Still handled it professionally. Just trying to put an honest review of this bus stop/burger King and give credit where it's due. Didn't catch your name sir, but if you read this thanks for treating people with respect no matter their situation. God bless.

Sat in the drive thru 18 minutes still never got my food. Had two cars in front of me. Absolutely pathetic.
The wrap's good but not very big service slow. But very busy.

They got my burger wrong 3 times in a row By the time I got it back correctly 15+ minutes my sides were cold everyone else at the table had finished eating. And since I only had 30 minutes for lunch our crew was late getting back to work No apology was offered by anyone the girl at the counter acted annoyed because I kept on bringing my burger back to be made correctly would not recommend it.

Ordered a sprite, chicken wrap and two whopper jrs, was told to pull up past the drive through and wait. They handed me a water so I went back in and got sprite. Waited 15 minutes (6 people left the drive through as well) before going back in and asking for my food (I figured they forgot). Handed me a bag with stale chicken nuggets and one of the whoppers was missing bacon.

I’m a Greyhound driver and I pull up with a bus load of people every time. My passengers are treated with respect and our food is always hot and given in a timely manner. I appreciate Will and his staff who makes sure the restrooms are clean and food is ready to distribute.Parking: Parking accommodates the very large greyhound bus
