They were extremely busy during a lunch rush and the wrong order got sent to me. Not only did the resend the correct order, they remade the food, AND gave us a gift card for our next meal! Absolutely amazing service! Thank you so much!

I ordered chicken tenders and fries, along with cheese & bacon fries. The chicken tenders were very small and the 2 orders of fries were placed in the container with the tenders with plenty of room to spare.
I have not eaten there in about 6 months and the portions have definitely gotten much smaller. Before 2 people could have shared the meal, but now 1 person could possibly still be hunger when they left with this meal. I'm very disappointed.

Restaurant is dingy and smelled bad. It's in desperate need of a deep clean and a renovation. Food was good, once we got it. Took forever to get greeted by server, then again took an unusually long time to get drinks. My food was wrong twice. Manager eventually refilled my water, because the server never came back after taking our order. We saw her, but she never returned to our table. Truly strange dining experience, can't promise we'll be back.

I've been to Cheddar's a couple times and each time it's been pretty good food, good service, and a reasonable price.
