Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Our food was good and a good value for the price. The take home meals are a good option, too.

It was busy but we were seated quickly. We didnt wait too terribly long for our food considering how busy they were. Our waitress was great! Never let either cup go empty, food was delicious! Overall, great experience!

The food was excellent, and our server provided satisfactory service. However, our experience was significantly impacted by the conduct of the hostess. Upon arrival, we waited 15–20 minutes to be seated, with no acknowledgment or assistance from the hostess at the front. Eventually, another staff member from a different section noticed us and kindly seated our party. Throughout our meal, the original hostess continued to pass by our table, making prolonged and uncomfortable eye contact, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. What was once a cozy and enjoyable place for my family has now lost its charm due to this interaction. Unfortunately, we do not plan to return.

Our server was very attentive to anything that we might need during our visit.

I’ve visited this location many times. Currently living out of state. I called to place a Togo order for my family to pick up for my sons birthday. Serita answered the phone and was very helpful. She was polite and friendly, very patient and took care of my special order and requests even though I could tell they were very busy. Promote her Cracker Barrel!

JUST PLAIN GOOD ANY RESTAURANT

Food has been dried out, brown looking Mac n cheese, old corn, dry mashed potatoes, biscuits n cornbread has been hard last few visits Talk to manager twice , food was still the same when we went back Time to try something else 🙏

Food was not what I ordered. My silverware was dirty. The server took care of the problems, but it took awhile to get it straightened out.

Sunday February 9, 2025 we ate at the London CB. Server was polite and efficient. The food hot and tasty. I also got my free birthday cake. It was delicious!

Store is always nice. Asked for crispy bacon sent back 3x. Asked for hashbrowns given hard hashbrown casserole. Asked for eggs over easy came runny white. Served was sweet. Cooks were awful.

Ordered take out which was ready on time and was delicious!
Turkey dinner with sweet potatoes and fried apples was yummy.
The staff was very kind and easy to deal with.
Thankful for all the staff, cooks, and servers for all their hard work during this busy time of year.
