I gave them 3 stars because I wanted to review them as a door dasher. As a consumer Cracker Barrel is awesome, worthy of 5 stars. As a dasher, most of the time I dislike this place. I almost always have to wait 10+ minutes to get my order. Ive had to unassign from a delivery because of the wait time.

We stopped in on 8/21 around 7:30pm to eat dinner for my son’s 8th birthday. We had Breonna as our server and her service was absolutely fantastic! She made sure we had everything correct. Her and Addison were both very sweet girls. They worked hard and made sure our dinner was amazing. Thank you, girls, for making my son’s birthday dinner one to remember!

When we got to our table, the service was top-notch. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks stayed full without hovering. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. The kitchen was firing on all cylinders—my chicken fried steak was crispy, tender, and smothered in just the right amount of gravy, while the rest of my family raved about their meatloaf, pancakes, and fried okra. Everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly timed for our party of five.

Really love Cracker Barrel but really feel like the bathrooms are needing to be revamped. The bathrooms used to be maintained more. I felt like it used to be a place I could count on for a good meal,stretch my legs,and know that the restroom would be clean.
I like the shopping and the food.

Excellent dinner experience. Wife and I both enjoyed the campfire dinners. She had the beef I had the chicken. Tender , juicey and very tasty. Corn and veggies were very tender and tasty. Service Excellent, good value.

We had breakfast the bacon wasn't done, my husband won't send anything back, so I ask the waitress for a discount and she was very happy to help, we got almost 6 dollars off of my husband's breakfast, so all was good
