The ladies that work here are too cute!!! There was one that really stood out to me in gift shop... I wish I could remember her name. She was so friendly and so funny. The good food was the bonus here cause the staff is amazing ?
A very friendly Cracker Barrel. Clean and well organized store. Clean bathroom. Not too busy during our visit. Breakfast is always good. Waitress was wonderful.

Nobody got what we ordered. Had to ask for basics like a spoon and butter. There were no offers to refill drinks. All our meals were on one check. Communication could have been better.

I am a long time customer I dine in and take out today ordered take out 4/4/24 the lady waiting on customers was terrible asked her for my order continued to ignore me, then asked if she had to scan my receipt well yes you have to pay for it, I said I paid on line still waiting when she did look finally well says it's paid for but not on here then told me Just GO I TOOK MY FOOD AND LEFT. Never have I ever seen someone so disrespectful at customer service than her . Makes me want to stop going here
