Alex took my order. I had already warned him of my big order to go. He was very polite, kind, and patient with me. He offered to help me multiple times because I was by myself and was not able to carry my order out of my car. He also made sure to double check that my entire order was correct. This may sound like he was doing his job, but most workers do not take the time to actually do each of these things. I appreciate him, and wanted to leave this good review for him!

You can't get in and out of the parking lot with out hitting a bump. But the food is great. I all the different shakes. The people are very friendly. Gets alittle packed so sometimes it can take a second to get in and out.
Second year in a row they forgot to make the cake we preordered. Ordered it 2 weeks ahead of time and for the second year in a row it wasn’t made when we went to pick it up. Last time I’m ordering a cake from this location or DQ in general.

Came in around 7pm in the middle of a drive-thru rush, ordered online & went inside for pickup. I dont typically check my orders before leaving so once i got home to see a literal cup of hot peppered milk instead of gravy was sad nonetheless. I also ordered an extra gravy, which was also not added. I feel bad for all the drive thru orders who likely experienced the same thing, the batch of gravy was either served too early or awfully thinned out.

Food and ice cream was delicious. I would recommend giving the staff lockers or a cabinet to put purses and keys in. It looked cluttered and dirty, laying in the floor behind the counter.

Milkshakes are blended. There is a procedure to produce a high quality blended drink every time. But not in London. And the person working the window smelled bad enough to overpower the smell of the food. Pathetic.
Great staff always kind to me I go several times a week it's my kids favorite fast food (aside from McDonald's) flamethrower is the way to go!
