This could have easily been a 5 star review. But the Last 5 visits the coffee tastes like milk. No chocolate, no Carmel, no peppermint flavor at all...only MILK. So disappointed. Guess we will have to take our business somewhere else. Gave them so many chances. Unless they can make it right for my family of 6 that go there several times a week.

Kid-friendliness: The employees will give the kids a little taste of the ice cream for them to choose from
Wheelchair accessibility: It's very acomadating for a wheelchair
Place needs more workers. Young staff is well overworked. Management needs to be looked at deeply.

We come to Dunkin at least 2-3 times a day and this is by far the worse experience I’ve had!! I’m not sure the little blondes name that was in drive thru but she needs a true reality check and doesn’t need to be working with the public. I had to send my order back 4 times and it still wasn’t right when I got it and drove off. When I spend $5 on a drink I’d like for it to be right!!

I am not the type to leave negative reviews. The experience I had at Dunkin today is second most negative experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
I have a dairy allergy. I always make that known in my online orders. Listen, having an allergy and eating out is always a risk; 30% of the time, I have to throw out my food because the restaurant messes up.
But there is a line.
As always, I requested a turkey sausage & egg bagel, no cheese.
Today, I received an absolute abomination. They put an unholy amount of cream cheese on my bagel.
Why in the ever loving crap would you put cream cheese on my bagel??? Cream cheese is an add on, not a standard ingredient. Dunkin quite literally went out of their way to mess up my food.
Then, they forgot our avocado toast. They gave us literally 3 hashrounds.
.....AND we placed our pickup order well in advance (40 mins prior to pickup). They were still over 20 minutes late getting our small order ready.
Seriously, go literally anywhere else for breakfast.
I really enjoy going to Dunkin' almost every morning before going to work. It's the perfect coffee and breakfast spot, in my opinion.
