I travel many states for work and this was probably one of the worst cups of coffee I have ever had at a location. First it took forever to get my order then I get to the window and they say it’ll be a few minutes to make fresh hot coffee I finally get my order it’s wrong and room temperature at best which is pathetic for being a fresh brew hot coffee. It clearly tastes like they didn’t want me waiting and just gave me the bottom of the pot that was burnt and sent me on my way

Great place, and extremely friendly people working there. I had an online order months back with only two people working, it was a girl named Kaylan and a man named Christian, and let me say those two need a RAISE! Had my food fast even when they closed in just five minutes. Both were extremely funny and just happy kids. Most fast food companies get upset when you’re ordering late, but they weren’t. The girl was something else, she was so sweet and happy, one of those people you never really forget, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t look for those two every time I come to dunkin

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Dunkin used to be my absolute favorite place for coffee. For the last year the coffee has been made incorrectly, or I’ve been given half of what I paid for, or I’ve been told that I set my order as pick-up (which was incorrect, the receipt said drive-thru) and the server put my order on the counter and someone stole it, or I’ve been made to wait for 6-7 other cars (30+ minutes) to get their orders before mine when the drive thru was empty and I mobile ordered ahead of time. I’m tired of going back in the restaurant to get my order or to get a drink remade, or messaging Dunkin for feedback. Today was the last straw, after again being the second in line and still waiting and watching 7+ cars get their orders before me when I mobile ordered ahead of time, I told the girl that my experience with Dunkin has been ridiculous and that I would not be back. I will take my business to 7Brew and urge others to do the same.

The iced coffees don’t have a lot of flavors if you get Carmel iced coffee they ask how many pumps of Carmel THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT this was London Ky.

Extremely slow service. Only worth stopping here if you have plenty of time to kill. Workers are friendly.
This could have easily been a 5 star review. But the Last 5 visits the coffee tastes like milk. No chocolate, no Carmel, no peppermint flavor at all...only MILK. So disappointed. Guess we will have to take our business somewhere else. Gave them so many chances. Unless they can make it right for my family of 6 that go there several times a week.

I promise you that they do have the best doughnuts in London and the employees are always so friendly and extremely helpful
