The bathroom was filthy, soap crusted on the walls, dirty toilet, yellowing below the air dryer. Cashier seemed indifferent. Marinara sauce had an offputting taste and lasagna noodles were rubbery. The worst fazolis I’ve been to.

Breadsticks are the best! Also love the baked ziti and chicken fettuccine alfredo.

Pasta was just okay. Service was subpar. No one brings you the unlimited breadsticks anymore.
Overall the food is very good especially for the prices. We ordered on line and picked up through the drive through. Somewhat disappointed when we got home and didn't have some.of the source we ordered after waiting in line for probably 10 minutes. The manager was great about fixing the error for our next visit though.

Went in early, the lasagna was so tough we could barely cut it with a knife, and the bread sticks could have been used to build a wall they were so hard. First time we've had that experience there.
