They use an automated ordering system for the drive thru, and evidently they don't know the difference between Marinara and cheese. I probably won't be back after I drive all the way back from Corbin to make them fix this order.

They were really busy when we got there. Several dirty tables. When our food came, they were in to go containers. They said they run out of dishes. Not 1 minute later the table beside us got their food on dishes. If they were well staffed, there would have been no dirty tables and we would have gotten our food on dishes.

The conduct from the staff was wildly inappropriate. I have an androgynous name and appearance, and because of it, the employees treated me like I was a zoo animal during the entire interaction. They decided - with the drive thru window open, standing directly in front of me - to place bets with each other as to what they think I am. It was none of their business to begin with, but if they absolutely couldn't help themselves from making inappropriate comments about my appearance, they should have at least had the sense to do so in private.
Fazoli's - please take corrective action to ensure this never happens again, because if it does, they sure won't be doing it to me. You just lost a customer.

Fazoli's always impresses me with how good their food is considering it's a chain restaurant. You get unlimited bread sticks, which are delicious. My go-to is the lunch combo, which is a low price but you can get two items and a fountain soda.
