Ordered 70.00 for catering order of a pan of mashed potatoes and a pan of mac n cheese, and 2 bowls of 24 oz of gravy. Arrived at pickup time, and was told by 2 different servers that they didn't have an order for pickup. Finally, a 3rd staff person stated that they, "thought" they had an order in the back. Get the order out to the car,and realize they didnt give me the 48oz gravy, went back, had to show them my receipt, and then watched then spoon gravy from the bar into 2 4oz cups. Didn't bother arguing with them because at this point I was already 15 minutes late for my event.

We came in on 11/16/24, around 3pm. It was a little bit busy, but not too bad. Everything was fresh and clean, and all of the employees were running at full speed to ensure things stayed that way. I never noticed that they ran out of anything, either. Kudos to the staff!
The servers are fantastic, They stand on top of taking your plates. They get your drinks. The servers are really on top of it.. BUT The food not so much, My family and I have went two times the first time we thought it was just busy there was a lot going on so we wanted to try again while we go. The food sucks then as my son is eating his corn dogs and pizza off his plate under some of his food was a piece of a Band-Aid. And then my toddler had hair and his food So I called the manager over and all she could say was sorry I’ll get you a free meal ticket… I don’t want a free meal ticket. I barely even ate the food. So needless to say, we left without the free meal ticket and we will not be back.

Most sides are straight from a can. If your a white guy don't expect to be served the hand carved meats such as brisket, ham, or steak. The lunch server was African American, as soon as I stepped up he rudely walked away. I had to ask a female for brisket and she said 'I'll try to find someone '?? The food was fresh and hot. Decent choices. No customer service!!!!! Encountered racism at this restaurant in London Ky.

I eat here ever so often, usually with no problem. But this time, I got food poisoning. I know this because the only thing I ate yesterday was golden corral, but today I woke up feeling mildly nauseous. As the day went on, I eventually vomited up what was left in my stomach. Seriously you need to check your food quality, spending $16 per person for food poisoning just makes me want to never go back.
