HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! The worst servers ever. LONG wait times You need to wear ear plugs while eating. They Run the Vacuum while your eating!!! Food is good. Get takeout instead of dinning in. Update 4 Year later My husband and I ate here again and I was blown away that my peaceful dinner was interrupted yet again by staff vacuuming the Booth and floor. We were so discussed we got our meal packed up to GO.

Stop here on our travels from Florida to Ohio , twice a year, food always delicious and portions are large. We get it to go and take back to our hotel.
I stopped in while traveling and ordered a simple spaghetti dinner with meat sauce. A glass of house Merlot topped it off. Everything, including the bread rolls, was very delicious. My server was Giulia and she was very nice and made me feel welcome. I am marking this location in Google maps for future reference. If I travel this way again, I will definitely stop here.

I feel like the way this place stole money should be criminal. I can honestly say this is the worst place I’ve ever eaten. $50 for a horrible Stromboli 2 bowls of lettuce, 1 pepper, and a tomato that was literally frozen solid. Anyone that thinks about eating here go somewhere else. This place is taking room for a restaurant that could be there that is at least subpar. This place is literally disgusting. I’ve never had food worse. I really feel like it’s criminal the way they robbing people.

Relaxing atmosphere, quick service, great food, reasonably priced.Handmade pizzas, ours was a large Chicken ? Alfredo with spinach over a thin crust, most excellent flavor.Desserts ? ? ? ? ? ? sitting in a case crying out to you as you walk-by... Not fair to have to decide without advice. Our selection was 7 Deadly Sins chocolate cake, I'm still praying for another taste ? ?We received warm bread sticks complimentary upon sitting down, ordered salads and a pizza ?. Salads were out quickly, pizza arrived about as we finished our salads, Great timing! Service!We ate half the pizza and ordered dessert to go, ate it in the motel room, an hour later...Well satisfied ? with our experience and recommend you give it a Go!
Everything was very good here. When we received our bill we were stunned to find out we were charged $.25 for a glass of ice! We have eaten here every year on our way to Florida but may have to rethink this in the future. Shame on you Gondolier.

Gondolier is an absolute must stop! Everything on the menu is authentic and delicious. Service is always quick and everything cooked to perfection. Seating is arranged nicely and TVs all around for entertainment. They also have a sports bar type room in the side of the building. One of our favorite things to do is stop and get a couple pieces of their cake to take home. Beware: they're gigantic and addictive! Some of the most decedent cake you'll ever eat. Do not sleep on this little eastern Kentucky gem!

Waitress needs more training didn't know what balsamic Vinegar was and she brought red wine vinegar instead. She also didn't know if they carried Mayonnaise and they do .. sauce was very plain didn't taste any garlic or seasoning . Food was ok and would defefinatley try something else... I had the chicken Parm and wife had the Steak and cheese on hoagie and she loved it..
