I had a online order the order was wrong, I didn't know it until I got all the way home I live about t 35min away. The food that I received was slopped barbecue sauce just squirted all over it was downright disgusting looking. I called the store the store was nice they said they took my name down, and when I came back to show the online receipt and they would remake my order for me. I showed up today tried to present my received to the manager the manager was rolling his eyes and treating me like I was trying to scam them, he went to the back said he couldn't find my name and I needed to come back and second shift manager. This manager was rude and disrespectful and does not need his position, He wouldn't even take a look at my receipt. I have been a Hardees fan for a long time but I tell you right now just because the way this guy treated me and acted I will never eat at hardees ever again.

I think they messed up my order, but I have no proof because I tossed the receipt. I thought I ordered a double Fresco Burger and received a single. Nonetheless it was good, wished it was a double lol.

I placed a mobile orderfor breakfast and when I arrived at the restaurant they said they couldn't fill my order that they just switched to lunch. I asked if they could cancel or refund my order and they said no I would have to do that on the app. There wasn't anywhere to do that. So I left without any food and was still charged for my order. They didn't offer any help
