I love this location! The food is always fresh and hot and the service is amazing, especially if Jade is working the drive thru. Sometimes I have to park to wait on my food, but I don’t think this is a bad thing because I always get fresh food! And thankfully the remember to put ketchup in the bag even when I forget to ask. I’m so glad this isn’t like those other fast food places that counts out how many ketchup packets or napkins that the customer gets. This is the reason I come to this location. Thanks!

Slow workers. Worker was eating candy bar while loading food bags. Sausage burned on biscuit.

went here a few days ago, spent atleast $20 just to get a bag with nothing in it. when i asked for a refund they rudely refused and i just left afterwards.

Awesome service. I offered an employee a side-gig in a sealed security envelope with her name on it on 8/20/23. The girl at the said she'd deliver the proposal. Within 48hrs Jared Bowling emails and claimed the letter and bonus payment was for him. I told him it wasn't. The SEALED proposal contained private personal data and $20. After, I told him no, he got mad and accused me of having an affair with his wife. Idk who this person is. Nor his wife. But he always he's gonna shoot me and I'll taste the hot led when I go back to Hardee's. I eat breakfast there almost everyday!Kid-friendliness: Well, the woman I offered the job to is very friendly and professional! The Jared Bowling and the girl whining gave the envelope to are clearly not trustworthy. So now, they have my personal & business email, adlnd social media dated along with the money I offered another employee.

I was trated very rudely by the order taker and management at the London location on hwy 192. I am not well and had to stand there being ignored for at least 10 min. I went to this location for years but I will never go back. It was not crowded.
