Got biscuits and gravy combo. Everything was cold and the gravy was spilled out into the Container because they put it in a wrong bag upside down. Hash browns cold and the diet Pepsi tasted like they haven't cleaned the machine in decades.

Stopped by Saturday at 11 am. Smelled of cigarette smoke inside. Two workers behind counter never turned around or any eye contact during our 15 minutes waiting. Decided to leave and head down the room to better service. Three others still waiting for food. Seems to care more about drive thru than counter. Back counter cook slammed food into shelf so hard it bounced back. Not good first impression.

Very poor experience. Stopped in for a quick bite while traveling. Food was ice cold to the point it was inedible, concerned about getting sick due to the temperature and quality of my food. My son’s burger was so old the bread was hard. Customer service was terrible. The cost of the food is outrageous and the poor quality was highly disappointing. Do better Hardees.
