My frustration with this KFC is they never have the extra crispy on hand. They always try to pawn off their nasty original recipe chicken that seems to have been sitting in there for hours and is old! They don't ever ever seem to have the extra crispy on hand and what I don't understand, is why, when they're running low they don't drop more extra crispy chicken before running out! My only guess is, is because they want you to buy their old nasty chicken that's been sitting forever! Just had three doordashers contact me over the issue of not having the extra crispy and having to wait 30 minutes for it which, I am okay with, because I prefer my chicken fresh and hot, however, it took the third driver being willing to wait to bring the food to me.

What is this?This is what I got when I ordered the dinner for 2. I don't even have words to explain this.It looks like somebody took their thumb and smashed into the chicken.And then they burnt it.And then they decided, oh well, we're gonna give it to a customer anyway.K of c we need to talk.

Went through the drive through last night and spent over 50$ and they didn’t have any white meat at all ok what ever well I get home 10 minutes away my chicken is soggy and cold biscuit were hard like real hard and the corn was burned. I worked at kfc for 2 years when I was a teenager and I know u can tell the quality and temperature as your packaging it like I could knock a window out with them biscuits they were so hard.

I got takeout for lunch. I ordered a few different things but I get home and started eating my mac and cheese. Got it almost finished before I noticed something IN my mac and cheese that I cannot identify. (Photo below) Usually the food is pretty good. The staff was super nice and polite but safe to say I will not be finishing this mac and cheese.

It was10:10 pm and they are open till 11 and they were completely out of ALL CHICKEN. They were too lazy to cook more. Only sides and biscuits he said.
Most of the people who work the register here really hinder the whole experience. They take a ridiculously long time, I witnessed the Frontline worker (Kayden)take the customers money, go get change, then wait 3 more minutes only to tell the customer they didn't have what they ordered. I waited 15 minutes with only ones customer ahead of me, just to order. We had a simple order, liver dinner and kids meal with 2 strips, then he waited 7 more minutes to tell us they were out of liver. The whole process of taking the order and getting our food took about 45 minutes. On top of that we heard the workers loudly talking about the customers... Do they not understand without customers the restaurant closes and they have no job!! Highly recommend another chicken house, this place needs new management and place the incompetent workers not on Frontline representing the restaurant.

Yes, I was really impressed with KFC's new service period especially there are chicken sandwiches they have done very well. I enjoyed it very much. The service was quick. The prices were relatively inexpensive and a good place to stop and get a quick bite to eat. Thank you.
