Went this past week to eat and girl taking orders up front decided to go in back to talk. Young man filling orders took time to take out order when we told him we had been waiting around 10 minutes.He gave us free cookies which was very nice of him.

First time I ordered extra nuggets on my famous bowl and didnt get it. But they charged Mr that 1.69. I let it go I was in a hurry to get home. Today my 90 yr old grandma wanted some so I went ordered two. Herd with cheese. The second without cheese and Xtra nuggets. Made a whole thing even offered to pay for a thing of nuggets on their own. I was told no we can put extra on it.I check mine. No extra nuggets.. I go back bc what they put on it isn't enough to go with the rest. I ask how many should be on it she says 8, I tell her their is 5. She takes the bowl...then comes back handing it to me, they had stirred it up and mixed it real good. Told.me they put them on the other one. I told her they were suppose to be on this one. She says they put it on the other one and to have a good day and shut the window. I'm not eating this bc who knows if they spit in it. If it was an issue they could have took both back and redone them.If I could give them no stars if I could. Kfc in London use to be a good place, I never had any complaints until the last 2 times ive went.If you mess up the order you need to fix it. It wasn't about getting 3 freaking nuggets for free like take them both back. But after them having it back in the window and stirring it up like they did I'm not eating it. The whole thing was ridiculous.

Horrible service. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes, because no one ever came on the speaker had to come inside to be served and then took 20+ minutes to get our food.

The absolute worst KFC, I have ever been to in my life. Walked in to order a 2 piece meal and it took 41 min. Just terrible. Run from this place!!!!!

I was supposed to have all breast meat, I stead I got dark meat. This ruined my dinner, and I paid 30 bucks for something I didn't even eat, this is what's wrong with all restaraunts these

The chicken, extra crispy 4 piece meal, I ordered was old and very hard and like rubber. Never been to so disappointed by being served old food. Somebody do something about this place.
