Only reason for the low marks was the burgers had so much mustard them that they were unable to be eaten and the lady that was at the counter kept running outside to hang out with her boyfriend in a black truck rather than wait on the customers.

I went through the drive-thru so the line was slow. I only rated the food 5 stars because it was hot and fresh and also because my husband LOVES Krystal burgers. I think they're OK, but they tear up both of our stomachs every single time we eat them. Krystal burgers actually caused me to go into labor with my oldest kid, so there's that. This place was average, the girl working the window was pleasant enough, I suppose. There was nothing overly noteworthy about it.

Very veteran friendly service here and food was great here.
Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to. Had my 2 year old with me and she was squalling because she was tired and hungry. I was dozing off waiting for them to take my order because I waited so long at the speaker. It was honestly ridiculous. If I had to choose between them or somerset keeping Krystal’s I would have chosen somerset!! Really disappointed!!!!!! Won’t be back.
