There is never nothing hot and ready anymore it's always a wait and your lucky if you get sause on your pizza

Gave us someone else's food then cashier refused to fix it or give us what we ordered. After getting home and calling the manager they told me to drive the hr round trip back to the store today if I wanted it fixed. Why could it not be fixed when I was standing in the store?

Drove up and ordered at 8:53 pm said for me to pull up and park to get order ,, 30 min went by no order ,,, called inside said oh ok we will bring it out In a few min another 30 min went by I called again, different person answered and acted like they didn't know I had ordered. Needldess to say I was Irate by then so 1 hr and 10 minutes later i demanded my refund !!!!!!! Last stop there

I had to wait on my pizza which was fine but all the workers were standing there talking eating and drinking while cooking no gloves were worn by anyone and one worker that was handling pizza’s was scratching her back and still cutting pizzas no gloves no one washed their hands it’s nasty

Great good, great people, always friendly, foods usually hot, but seems like there's always a 15min wait on something advertised as "hot and ready." Only gripe about the place.
Ordered online only half the order was ready when it said it was done. Sat in the store for 30MINS before the rest was done. By that time the pizza that sat on the counter was now cold. If I wanted to microwave my pizza to warm it up I would have went to Krogers. Next time I will because at least it will be faster.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy puffs. Was told it would take 6 minutes on the puffs well 6 minutes turned to 30 minutes. We got them home and they was cold. The pizza was suppose to be pepperoni but it had onion on it. Needless to say it wasn't eaten.

I picked up a order I made online and when I got to the London store the works behind the counter were fighting and saying they weren’t going to wait on me when I talked to the managers setting in the corner of the store they just laughed at me. They don’t care about the customers just money.
