I always get pickup through drive thru and today the manager told me I had to come inside even though my order was marked ready. She refused to give me her name or my food. She was a big lady with brown hair . She slammed the window in my face and I had to sit at the window for 10 min waiting for her to come back and give me a refund because I have my children with me. UPDATE: I made a complaint to the manager and not even the owner has reached out about this. I see responses on google but mine was ignored. I have videos I would like to sho of my treatment by the staff.

Can’t give negative stars. Little Ceasars you have a problem here. Your food is great.. employees working august 20th 2025 at 5pm must all be really unhappy, especially the manager. They swear at customers and have a general disposition of disgust. Last visit there for sure.

Came through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order. The woman on the speaker at 5:10pm on 08/01/2025 was extremely rude and wouldn’t acknowledge “thank you”. Pretty much threw the two pizzas and the Italian cheese bread into my hands and slammed the window. Additionally, she gave us the wrong pizzas. We found this out after getting to our location many miles away. I called to let them know of their mistake and someone on the phone offered to replace it. Yes, let’s just abandon the kids that this was supposed to go to, drive many miles back to little Caesars, and waste my time and gas, as well as upset the children, just to switch out two pizzas that were incorrect. How about own up to your mistake instead and offer a refund or some sort of compensation instead of making me pay for your mistake. Do better.

Drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Indoor only had a few customers so we went inside…. Waited over an hour for 2 pizzas, they were then done for 10 mins and just sat there before any of the kids grabbed them. Several people walking out due to people coming in well after those waiting and getting their food. Horrible, horrible service.

There is never nothing hot and ready anymore it's always a wait and your lucky if you get sause on your pizza
Gave us someone else's food then cashier refused to fix it or give us what we ordered. After getting home and calling the manager they told me to drive the hr round trip back to the store today if I wanted it fixed. Why could it not be fixed when I was standing in the store?

Drove up and ordered at 8:53 pm said for me to pull up and park to get order ,, 30 min went by no order ,,, called inside said oh ok we will bring it out In a few min another 30 min went by I called again, different person answered and acted like they didn't know I had ordered. Needldess to say I was Irate by then so 1 hr and 10 minutes later i demanded my refund !!!!!!! Last stop there
