Why bother being open until 9:30 if all your employees are going to be out in the parking lot smoking? There shouldn't be a 15-20 minute wait time for chicken in a fast-food drive thru an hour before close. Second time dealing with this here and apparently others have had the same issue. If I were the owner, I'd be livid about missing out on orders because the people I'm paying aren't actually working.

Hush puppies and French fries were cold and inedible. However the fish was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Disappointing that I was only able to eat one item out of the 3 I purchased.

I have never gave a review at any establishment, but this is ridiculous.
First of all I came inside and everyone was outside smoking a cigarette and I stood in the lobby while all the alarm was going off and it took them about 10 to 15 minutes to come inside to take my order.
Then when I received my order I received a box full of crumbs and the food was cold.😡😡😡😡

I ordered a family meal and the corn was brown and was smelly. The chicken was terribly hard could not even chew it. The Cole slaw was good. The lobster bites was good. The wait time was long, as long as we waited it should of been fresh. In all, I believe I wasted $54.00. This was my experience with them. I hope this will make future orders better. It was the last time I try Long John Silvers, it broke me.

Waited for HALF AN HOUR with only one car in front of me in the drive thru this evening (7:00). Took 15 minutes to take my order and an additional 15 minutes for the car in front me to receive thier food. I just left at that point. Wasn’t about to wait another 15 minutes just to receive my food. The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru. The four cars behind me proceeded to leave when I did. You can’t escape the drive thru once your in it bc of the curbs. So I was stuck. Thank you for wasting my time this evening.

Every time I order fries I get chips Don’t won’t that I don’t know when that changed and Everything is dry. I order 12 piece half-and-half. Every time I go it’s always dry and I don’t get fries I get chips. What’s going on seriously I’ve ordered it five times in the past year and. I’m done.

This food is one fourth the size it used to be. It is also the greasiest, nasty garbage I've just about ever eaten. This food is disgusting and over priced. I wouldn't feed this to a pig!

This is actually a good and cool LJS. It's pretty now that it's been redone. Service was a little slow through the drive-through, but the workers are nice, and the food looks, smells, and tastes great! Prices are ok. Those lobster snacks? Whoohoo! They're great! 🙂

This place is a joke. Why they are trying to improve the greasy fish and hide all the problems they’ve been plagued with over the years of nasty greasy food. Go in today to give them a try and ordered 13.00 fish meal through drive-thru I tell woman give me plenty of tatter sauce. They say pull around to front. I wait once meal comes out nothing in bag but meal no napkins no tater sauce no ketchup nothing so I walk in and asked for tater sauce the woman bring two small packets out the size of kindergarten kids portions and says it company policy one per fish lol what about the rest need I guess company policy bring your own napkins and ketchup whatever instead of arguing I walked right back to car got meal returned it and got money back. I tell the guy it’s a shame you just threw a 13.00 meal away for a pack of tater sauce. He cites company policy. Well I’ve already called Louisville. No doubt nothing has changed. With these actions and policy I hope they make the next bankruptcy court list of failing business because for years Long John’s fish was too freaking greasy to eat. Now they might have rectified that issue and created more with the petty issues with sauces. Keep those sauces. And that nasty fish. If Culver’s comes to London your out of business. Never will I return back at this dump called a fish place. Nasty with personal so stuck up management butt they can’t see daylight. Oh that’s right they probably want to keep it to steal and take home at night. Less they pass out more they take home. lol what a joke.
