Masa Hibachi Grill and Sushi

Crab Rangoons are a must have appetizer anytime I'm here. I always get the Tai Red Curry with shrimp and it's the most heavenly tasting curry I've ever had. The Hibachi Grill is always a fun time and we always end up making new friends at it. Love Masa!

They weren’t busy but the young man taking our order looked put out by our perusing the menu. Then as I was discussing that with my partner was staring at me. It was off putting and awkward.

I will start off this review by saying that I give second chances because I understand when a restaurant may have an off day but this is not the first time I've had bad service here. When we ordered our food I communicated with the server (kiko) that my wife has a life threatening shellfish allergy. I don't feel like that is a hard thing to accommodate considering many other restaurants we visit don't have a problem. The server brings the sushi roll out as ordered with no shrimp just beef then brings out the entrées and both have shrimp on them. When reminded of the allergy she suggests that we just scoop the shrimp off the dish and eat it. Then when she took the dish to the back to be remade she was very rude like we were an inconvenience. I reminded her that my wife did not just dislike shrimp that it would kill her and she dismissed us as it was our fault and told us that we need to communicate with our server better next time when she had already been reminded atleast 5 times. We drove 1 hour and paid nearly 100 dollars for the food we ordered and I don't feel like we deserved the service we received. I will never return to this establishment and I suggest that if you have special dietary needs you probably shouldn't either as they don't care.

Probably the worst experience of ANY Japanese restaurant ever. Ordered filet and scallops...received a very tough cut that was not filet. No lemon juice on the scallops...everything rushed yet still overcooked. Worst ginger dresding ever...watery and no flavor. Service was not friendly either....they seemed to be miserable. Would not go back.

Absolutely love this place. They have great food, you get full off the food you get. For the prices you pay you get good food, great service. You can't beat it.

Parking: Plenty of parking space, easy accessible.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love watching them cook. Such a fun experience.
