I enjoy eating here but I cannot stand that the girl was taking my order with her AirPods in and completely ignores what I’m saying because she’s listening to something else getting my order wrong.
management is rude along with workers. made me 2 32$ ham sandwiches, when I called to speak to manager they hung up on me and then the girl lied like she don't know her managers name. completely disrespected and won't be back
Food is fine if they get it right. Ordinarily I go around lunchtime and don’t mind a small mix up here and there, but the evening staff is horrible. Completely rude and unprofessional. Tonight, they messed up one of our sandwiches, forgot one of the cups of soup we ordered, and only filled a second cup of soup nearly halfway. When we came back to the window, they brought us the missed soup, but basically threw it out the window, then slammed the window shut.
