I love the place my tortilla soup was very tasty. And my spicy turkey melt was delicious. My husband ham and cheese sandwich was good. But his potatoes soup was very watery and not as much vegetables in as last time when he ate there. He also was disappointed he didn't get no pickle like usual this time. We eat there often. He was disappointed in the food oday. I have had no bad experience there myself. He loves there Chile . I don't care for the sauce in there Chile .

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Ordered the nachos AND THEY FORGOT THE CHEESE. HOW DO YOU FORGET CHEESE FOR NACHOS. THE MOST INSANE THING I HAVE EVER WITNESSED.

Unprofessional. They are supposed to be open until 9pm. Pulled off the highway to eat there at 7:20. They were closed. Woman claimed it was snow. The snow was minor and all the restaurants around them were open. It was actually just being lazy.

If you order online or catering, check your order thoroughly before leaving. This location regularly forgets items and yesterday forgot to include an entire bag of food. None of the staff bothers to check orders, so you’ll have to do it yourself. Unfortunate for a place that requires you to tip in the app before arriving for your order…

Not the best. Everything is premade and bought. Its lunch meat. Chicken salad taste like mayo. Young girls behind cpunter are snooty and have bad manners. Young man who is the manager handles himself well. We were passing through but either way we would not return.

No one out of the 3 employees that were up front acknowledged me. Very unprofessional. Where are the managers at here?? It looks like these employees need retrained or taught how to greet the customers.
I went into the mcallister deli restaurant and a blonde girl was sitting behind the counter and laughing and looking at me weird with a boy with long curly hair i think it was very unprofessional and i will not be returning to the store if they are there again and being disrespectful thanks so much!

I’ve been to many McAlister’s in 11 different states and I always order the same thing. This is the worst location I’ve been to. It looked like they were making things up as they went.
Nacho basket has always been a plate of chips with a container of warm cheese dip. Instead, they spread out some chips and poured some cheese on them. It was getting cold by the time I got it and it was messy and disappointing.
I ordered a king club with extra bacon and I asked for the meat and cheese to be hot. I got a cold sandwich. When I sent it back, they made a new one with half as much meat. At least it was warm this time.
