We had the best lunch at McAllisters Deli. This was a stop-off on our trip. The place was fantastic! The restaurant looks brand new. Even the the parking lot was freshly paved. The employees were attentive. The inside of the restaurant is very clean. The food tasted so good and were nice portion sizes. The bathrooms are clean, too.

I've been a loyal customer at McAlister's since the day they opened, over a year or two ago, and I'm beyond frustrated. Every single visit, without fail, my order is wrong or incomplete despite spending a significant amount of money. The service is painfully slow, with long waits that make the experience even more aggravating. For the price I pay, I expect accuracy and efficiency, but this location consistently fails to deliver. Management, please get your act together and fix these ongoing issues. It's unacceptable.

Always check you food before leaving the restaurant. 9/10 times, they will forget something in your food or you’ll receive incorrect items. I order the Memphian and received no turkey. Order a lemonade with strawberry puree, received peach tea with the puree. Went back inside and they proceed to give me the same sandwhich back with hot turkey with melted cheese on a cold sub. They also forgot the pickle spear.
The staff are friendly but the people that prepare the food have lack of training or willingness to do a decent job.
It’s a different option in this area but is pretty much a non option for the problems. On the bright side, when I opened a sealed bag of chips, they were correct. No issues on this item every time.

Ordered two Savannah salads without chicken—not by choice, but because the chicken was completely missing. Why would I waste gas driving all the way back out just to get the chicken when the salad’s already wilted and not even fresh to begin with?
When I called the store, they basically shrugged it off and told me there was nothing they could do. No apology. No offer to make it right. Just, “Call back tomorrow.” That’s not customer service—it’s a brush-off.
Do better.

SATISFIED!! Got a melt and potato soup which was delicious though on the more expensive side for the portion. Wish the potato soup more thick just being a little critical. Really nice and friendly staff and kept the place decently clean. Can’t complain for a nice vibe lunch deli place

Stopped to eat around 6p. They didn’t have any potatoes to make baked potatoes (which are on the menu) Several tables had not been wiped off from being sat at…A staff member was taking, what I can assume was a break, in one of the booths with his feet up and lounging on his phone. Another kid came in and was hanging out at the counter visiting with the staff. No one walked by to make sure everything was ok…no one greeted us as we walked in nor did anyone speak or thank us when we left. Two staff were right by the door as we walked out. It closes at 9p & by 7p a staff member was picking all of the chairs up to put them in the tables to close up. Might have benefited from some supervision of someone over the age of 18/19.
Had wanting to try this place for a while and was highly disappointed. Walked up to the counter for our order to be took and the cashier was rude as heck and when the food was brought out she slammed the plates on the table. Had to sit at a dirty table because no tables were cleaned off. We spent 30 dollars for a wrap, sandwich, two sides and two drinks. The drinks had no ice whatsoever. Honestly could’ve made the sandwiches at home and wasn’t nothing special. I will not be back and this experience has made me not want to go to any other mcallister’s location. Seeing the other reviews, I do not feel bad about leaving this one. If I would’ve known what I know now I would have checked the reviews before going.

When i first learned about this place i tried it out and everything was fantastic..today i got a sandwich again. Im allergic to swiss cheese and asked them to substitute american cheese..well they charged me an additional $1.25 to substitute the cheese and the quality of the food is just dwindling...the tomatoe was sliced thinner than a credit card hardly any meat on the sandwich.. Just sad they are now doing this...will be glad when Jersey Mikes opens up...
