They could care about food quality and service, especially contacting a customer BACK after 5 days of trying to reach someone. Mctribe number is a joke
Went to McDonald's this early am. Not only did the 12 year old manager not charge me $1 for my 2nd griddle due to systems being down and being cash only did he also try to charge .25 per syrup after refunding my 2nd full price Mcgriddle and ask for it back through the window. Maybe give your customers heads up when unable to honor deal as advertised on menu and maybe include a syrup with pancakes.
