9 try to work things out with manager she was very rude The minute she found out what I was going to claim about told me to get the hell out of her store or she was going to call the cops I did not raise my voice at first but she is very rude very The Irving store in Kentucky I've been going there for years until now that manager just does what she wants he does not care about the customers or employees
always slow and the food is always wrong
8 times out of 10 , when ordering and asking "hot and fresh", specifically I do not get it, just today the fries I ordered were cold ...literally !!! here is the thing , if you raising prices to the moon how about at least a hot n fresh French fry....nothing beats a hot n fresh Macky D's French fry , it's the bomb!!!! boy oh boy service sure has taken a dump and customer service to complain now never answers calls nor returns calls...whom ever is managing this place is in need...read full review
