Asked for a cup of tartar sauce because there is no option on the mobile app, expecting to pay for it, of course. Manager greeted us with eye rolling and head shaking and ignored us until i went back to the register with my receipt to ask for them to prepare it. The minute i walked up to ask for it again, she put it on the counter and didn't call out the order number while rushing back to the kitchen. Called out every other order before and after.

Worst McDonald's ever. I wish I would have eaten out of a garbage dumpster. At least that food would have some taste.Oh and the workers. A mannequin has more personalty than these drones.I don't mind bad service, but that would have been a blessing on how bad my service was.McHorrible. I wouldn't visit here again if my life depended on it.Parking: I would rather walk than park here. I don't mind bad parking but i guess everyone who comes here is either self entitled or blind. I mean the parking spots at this location are just suggestions. Everyone parks over the line, sidewides or in non parking parts.I'd rather park in downtown NYC.

Unfortunately I can't give a 5 star for any mcdonalds it's always a hit or miss. I.usually stop by for a small bite to hold off till i eat dinner. Their food at this location is most of the time really good and fresh. Their staff is always amazing and friendly. I wish the food was fresh for everyone all day everyday.

Waited 35 minutes for a side of sausage they forgot...no one fufiled the order and finally gave me a hard time asking for a receipt which they could of done in the first place but didnt..so I left with no food and they didn't care less

3rd shift is very rude and unprofessional. They roll their eyes, have a tone, and are overall not pleasant. They shorted us food and claimed we didn’t order it but charged us for it anyway. There is no way of knowing either because they don’t print out receipts when their system is down at 3am. All I want is a nice breakfast after work and I’m tired of dealing with these miserable people.

The few stars are only because the order was completed but i wasnt notified in the app or when i went through the drive thru and told the worker i had a order in the app. She then ask if my name was david ?nope, not me.the milkshake was melted after a 25+ minute wait. And my food was cold. When I told the cashier insidei had a order from using the app? She just pointed at the food and I had to assume it was my order, which it was, everything was there but got wasted time money and effort.
