Went here twice and used the McDonald's app to make their lives easier by submitting my order with the lettuce deletion substitution and they handed me salads each time. They even forgot to give me my fries on the first order. When I gave feedback on a survey they called to apologize and invite me to have a meal on them. We'll they turned the Big Mac into a Salad Mac.

Can I just get everything in a bowl or as a wrap next time guys? If you want a good laugh at a group of folks living out malicious compliance come here to eat. Least I survived it! 🤣

I purchase 4-7 caramel frappes a day… mind you, they’re $5 a piece and this McDonald’s specifically sends them only 3 quarters of the way filled up! I spend ALOT of money on these everyday, every week & you’d think being a loyal customer would earn you a little bit more respect but instead they send you items as if it’s costing them money? McDonald’s is really about to lose a loyal customer of 3 years buying these frappes everyday & that is a loss considering I spend around $150-$200 a week just on these items alone. That’s anywhere from $600-$800 a month they will lose from one single person alone!

My burger was a little pink where I first took a bite. I decided it wasnt bad enough to say anything so I took a few more bites. The other half of the burger was completely raw. I told the manager and she said yes she knew they were having that problem. I then asked for a refund for the meal and she said no because I ate half of it. I nicely insisted so she refunded me for the burger, not the full combo, which is fine. Just showing how unwilling she was to make it right. She also knew they were selling customers raw burgers

Was There 2 Get Breakfast & Watched A Rude Manager Accuse A Young Man Of Being High & Talked Down To Him. I Was Eating Afterwards & Decided To Talk To The Young Man He Didnt Appear Intoxicated & Told Me The Manager Just Didnt Like Him. Thats Not Right & Something Should B Done. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK U DONT TREAT PPL THAT WAY!

I rarely go out for breakfast but wanted to treat my husband this morning. Employees were friendly but my food was hard and cold. Went back through for a remake and was pulled forward, I didn’t mind that at all. However I waited for 15 mins and never got my McGriddle. I had to have my husband go inside and he found it just sitting on the counter, it was ice cold AGAIN. He also got hotcakes and sausage that only had 2 pancakes in it instead of 3. Everything we got was cold and the employees made no effort to bring the refire to my car. Fast food costs too much for me to have to eat cold food but I ate the remade cold McGriddle anyways. I won’t bother coming to this location anymore. I understand things get busy but that’s just careless. I was served cold food TWICE, and shorted a pancake. Management please improve the service at your store.

I ordered for curbside pickup at the North McDonald's London location. I arrived approximately 10 minutes after placing my order. I checked in to Curbside #4, where I was parked behind another vehicle that used that space to park while dining in the restaurant. I waited another 15 minutes before I walked into the lobby to check on my order. it had been queued in the racks, but the person who it appeared was designated to bring them out was busy serving the line in the lobby. she only looked for curbside orders when someone asked, which turned out to be 2 additional customers in front of me. it was extremely disappointing. the store managers should be cognizant of their staffing and be able to disable Curbside service when understaffed.

Employees were nice, and understandable! Wait wasn't very long, despite a breakfast rush, and the food was warm n fresh.

The tables had food on them and/or trash. The food was cold. The employees were in the back talking instead of cleaning the lobby up. There were 2 other customers eating besides us so it wasn’t busy. The lady that took our order looked and acted like she didn’t want to be there.my fiancé went back up to get barbecue sauce for my nuggets and waited 5 minutes for it. I was going to use the kiosk but none of them were working. Both the bathrooms had toilet paper in the floor.
