I asked for a chicken sandwich with only mayonnaise and they put cheese on it and they didn't even put mayonnaise on it and their fries were soggy and they gave half a cup of pop don't go here

As a restaurant manager myself, I RARELY complain about anything, however, this is by far the most horrible expierence I’ve had at a McDonald’s. We went through drive thru and my husband, who is a little light spoken places the order. We waited, after about 1 full minutes the guy says “I’m sorry, what was that?” So he says it again, louder. Again we wait, again the guys asks him to repeat it. We do this 4 times! When we get to the window I ask the guy to repeat the order back to me because he didn’t at the speaker. He had it wrong. I ordered a Big Mac meal, no onions, extra Mac sauce. He kind of rolls his eyes, but changes the order. We get the food very quickly, which tells you it’s not fresh at all, I get home and when I take a bite of the Big Mac I almost threw up. There was so much seasoning on the burgers there is no way it wasn’t done intentionally. It was completely inedible and it also had a LOT of onions on it. I tried to call, but of course no one answered the phone. My dogs wouldn’t even eat the burger patties after I tried to get the seasoning off of them. This place needs new management or something. It was truly awful!!!!

This mcdonalds has the worst customer service I took my little boy there to get breakfast this morning we walked in we stood at the register for 10 minutes while they were arguing about their work schedule no one would come and take our order so we got back in our vehicle and went around the drive thru we had to sit in the drive thru another 20 minutes when we finally get to where they could take our order they told us to hold on not everyone has time to sit and wait like while they argue its a place of business not drama tv obviously they need to make a change with the workers they have and actually get some people in there that will actually work.

Usually what you see in the fast food industry are workers who are underpaid undervalued, and as a result under perform. I pulled in to get a couple of apple pies when I was informed that they were out. They offered pumpkin pies for the same price, I hadn’t tried them so what the heck. I had also ordered a large Diet Coke, but she must’ve not heard me. And the man check out was extremely nice, asking me how I was doing really just pleasant. When I pulled up to get my food that young man was also very nice seeming very happy. Something had been left out of my order, but he fixed it immediately. Rarely is a fast food experience memorable but this one reminds me there’s nice people still around

Order was wrong had to wait 15 minutes to get it right. If you tell them it's dine in, they still threw everything in a bag. Been twice in 1 week and same results both times. They care more about their drive through times than they do dine in customers.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Mediocre food at best. Walked in for a small meal, less than $20 (which is saying a lot for McDonald's) ended up waiting 28 minutes. The food came out tasting like my grandpa's floor. The burger patty was flavorless and dry, the chicken was thin and chewy, the fries were crispy, yet unsalted. The buns were thinner than Twiggy after a diet. They messed up the order twice somehow after spending 3 business years cooking our small meal. After ordering a frappe, we were handed a cup and told to get our drink. (I don't know how to make a frappe.) Workers were in the back yelling at employees whilst not helping them out. Multiple families were overcharged. Many customers sitting and waiting for food with no given timeframe on when their food would be finished. Manager walks in and yells at employees with little good communication. Here is some advice, if you want a nice family outing, you're better off dumpster diving behind a nursing home. 0 stars.
