Tried them again after a couple years and still a horrible pizza. Cheese didn't cover the pizza very skimpy on toppings, definitely not worth the outrageous price they charge for this. Customers stay away save your money. Store was also very dirty.

After a long workday followed by kids’ gymnastics and soccer practices, my family of 5 decided to place a Papa John’s carry-out order. I was a few minutes early to pick it up and a very sweet lady working told me she’d be happy to bring the pizza out to me since I had kids in the car. She did. Our order was fresh, hot, and delicious. I regret not getting the workers name but wanted to give her recognition for being thoughtful and making our stop a little easier. Maybe you can see who was working in the evening on 9/2/25 and tell her thanks again for being extra kind!

This Papa John's is fantastic! The food is always hot and consistently great, but the customer service truly makes all the difference. A huge shout-out to the management team, Angela, and Tiffany for always being so welcoming and making sure we have a great experience. They're a huge asset to this store!

My husband went to the store in person and ordered our pizza. The staff that took the order was pleasant. He ordered 2 pizza's both thin crust. When he got home both pizza were regular crust. Our grandkids were visiting and it was supper time and they were hungry so we didn't want them to wait another hour to eat. So my husband called the store and spoke with the manager and they told him they would put it in the book for us to get a free remake when he was ready for it. When he called today, it had been over a week; he was told he had 2 days to get to request the remake. Nothing was said during the first call that he only had 2 days. Bad business, miss leading or not informing the right information.

Stopped in last week for multiple pies for my large family, walked in, made an order, 12 minutes later, pies were ready, took home and food was excellent. Stopped in again today to do the same routine BUT I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $27 fee for NOT ordering online in advance. Not sure when alienating your customer base has become a trend but after I stopped laughing at this ludicrous assertion, I merely walked away and will never, ever patron Papa John’s again. So, went to Little Caesars down the street, in and out in 6 minutes with hot pizzas-family happy and we all laughed at Papa John’s and agreed to avoid, yet another business that thinks they can dictate terms to customers and steal money from them. Wishing you bankruptcy soon.

My last three orders from here was not good at all. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and the pineapples was left off. I ordered my next pizza and the middle seemed soggy so on my third order I ordered two pizzas and I ask for light sauce on both, however when I got them the sauce was dripping off of the pizzas when you picked up a slice and they was nasty and not able to eat them. Sorry these place usually has the best pizzas but something has changed......

Apparently, no one here knows how to look at a GPS. They kept passing my house up and had the nerve to say they couldn't find my address. I go to call the store and as of 5:35, I have been on hold for 11 minutes. This place is absolutely the worst.
