I love pizza hut..my favorite pizza place but not the one in London KY. We ordered it a few weeks ago ..no sauce on the pizza.. extremely thin..the crust didn't even taste like pizza hut! So we didn't complain but just decided to give them another chance...ordered tonight and got the stuffed crust..just awful..again..no sauce...no cheese on cheese sticks..we called to tell the manager and they told us we had to bring the pizza back in even at 9 at night 😂🤣😑. Pizza Hut offers consistently good pizza with online deals still available. While the dine-in option is currently unavailable, the pizza-making time is quick. Customers can enjoy the delicious cinnabons, though it may take a bit longer. Despite some greasiness in the pizza, the $9.99 large 1-topping deal is a steal. The dining room is closed for remodeling, leaving only the option for takeout.
The building is in poor condition, but the employees are accommodating and helpful. They allowed a customer to see and photograph the health department score, which reassured the customer's concerns. The new location is expected to address the visual issues. Despite the closed dining room, the service and quality of the large pan pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, requested well-done, were excellent and reminiscent of the mid-80s.
