Best Restaurant in Kentucky! Coming from Sedona, Arizona, I have experienced some of the best restaurants Arizona has to offer, as well as working as a line cook at 5 restaurants myself. Ive been in Kentucky for almost a year and Shiloh Steakhouse is on par with the best restaurants ive eaten at in Arizona and is by far the greatest restaurant I've eaten at here in the entire state of Kentucky. I do not make this recommendation lightly, because it takes alot to impress me enough to write a review. The prices are about 1/3 of the cost of a high end restaurant in Northern Arizona. The customer service is amazing too! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be coming back here as long as I still live nearby or even to apply for a job, because there's no other restaurant I'd rather work at. God bless y'all!

Always loved eating at Shilohs in London, KY. Food was always excellent with fast friendly service. Not so on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Lettuce on salad bar was old and wilted, cherry tomatoes wrinkled and mushy. Fruit (pineapple, Mardrian oranges, and pears) were out of a can. Ordered Shiloh Burger, medium, was well done, tough. Waffle fries were cooked in old grease, burnt and greasy. My wife’s meal came with a sweet potato which was cooked hard as a rock on bottom half. Service was great!

If I could give zero stars I would. When we first walked in woman in front told us to go get checked in, stood there waiting for someone and no one came and the same woman finally came over and checked us in. Took us over 30 minutes to even get waited on and restaurant was nearly empty. Took another 30 minutes to get food. Waiter was almost nonexistent. Food was horrendous. I felt so bad when my mom’s chili was brought out, it was dry and smelled like dog food. Steaks were flavorless, my husbands rare steak was almost raw. The baked potato was cold and awful, how do you mess up a baked potato?! Worst food and service I’ve ever had, will never come back. Hope we don’t get food poisoning.

Worst food and service EVER!! TASTED BETTER FOOD ON MY WORST DAY IN THE MILITARY, IN THE DESERT, DEAD OF WINTER. MRE MEALS 10 TIMES BETTER. NUFF SAID. OVER PRICED GARBAGE. TOOK THEM ALMOST AB HOUR TO SERVE US.

WARNING: ABSOLUTELY HORRID MEAL. Sitting at the restaurant right now. Absolutely has went down hill since we’ve eaten here last. I ordered fettuccine with filet mignon. Got a steak that looked like it had been boiled. Smelled like cat poo. Yes it did. The fettuccine was OILY. The steak tho. Gross. My husband’s potato was old. His steak was a porterhouse. Supposed to be medium. It was well done. It did taste ok though. The bread was dense as a brick. Not fluffy and thick like year rolls used to be. The queso and chips were gross too. Definitely not ever coming back.

This place has really went down hill over the past few years. We used to enjoy it but it has become so bad that we will not return. Terrible service, food not good, food was cold when it finally came, took forever to get anything to drink, some of our salads never came.

When we came in they sat us at a dirty table. The place had maybe 5 other tables so it wasn’t very busy. It took 10 minutes for us to get drink refills. When our bread was brought out it was burnt and just tasted nasty. Our server Chesney was just awful and could’ve cared less. My steak was burnt plus the burger my boyfriend got was burnt. The fries was cold and the mac n cheese just tasted like soggy/slimy pasta. We couldn’t even have the food fixed because the server just walked past us and ignored us. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend.

These guys really DONT know how to cook a "medium rare" steak. My steak was very raw in the center, sent it back and it returned the exact same way. Very disappointed in the cook.

Planned a dinner with family was supposed to close at 9 showed up at 755 doors were locked. Hard to plan a late dinner after ball games if you can't stick to your hours posted on Google and the website.

None of the food was seasoned at all, waitress was rude. Ordered a medium burger, center was completely raw, they brought me a new one, was well done. Asked for bbq wings, got Buffalo wings with bbq over the Buffalo sauce
