This place was very disappointing. The ribeye steak I ordered was cooked the way I like it BUT it was very tough! The taste wasn’t good either, my backyard steaks are much more tastier!! My baked potato was not hot, the butter didn’t melt. The only thing good was my side salad! And the price, a thirty two dollar steak should be much better.

The guy at the counter was great. The food, not so much. We ordered a ribeye sandwich & 2 orders of steak tips, all with sides, to-go. NOTHING has any seasoning or flavor. Plus, the peppers and onions with the steak tips are still practically raw, but the steak is over cooked.... Almost $70 for a meal that will only be half eaten 😒

Great rolls to start! I had the club Sandwich , okay but not spectacular. bacon cheeseburger with waffle fries too, very tasty. Wish I had gone to the salad bar! It looked fantastic!! Waitress was very attentive! Will try again when we are thru London!!

The food is always good, the problem was the waiter took my order wrong and him knowing he did and still tried to act he didn't! It went from a $26 steak to a $36 which the money part didn't matter. I didn't get the one I was wanting. The bill was $85 for 2 people! Crazy

The food here is decent. The biggest win is the salad bar.
I love their house made ranch.. it's truly very good.
Not impressed with the chicken tenders or the fries.. possibly just poor choices for me because the service is very good.

Ordered a 9oz ribeye. Full of fat and grissle, about half of the steak was that way. Ordered baked beans, they were cold like they just came out of the can. Service was excellent and prompt and courteous.

Shiloh’s was so great and friendly for my wife throwing a surprise party for myself. With a large crowd the server did a great job getting orders together and the food out as quickly as possible.

We have always in the past made sure to stop in when we made it back to London. The food has always been good and good service. So we came in this evening and noticed the parking lot did not have a lot of people. We sat down ordered out food you know steak baked potatoes and salad. The usual order for a steak house. Waited and waited for rolls, they were cold. then the salads came and they were out of the blue cheese dressing. That was no big deal. Then the food comes. Baked potatoes were cold. Would not even melt the butter and not even a tea spoon of sour cream. My steak was half fat and cooked rare instead of medium. My wife’s tips were cooled until they were like eating jerky. They were supposed to be medium. The two ladies with us had similar orders and yes same story with the potato’s and tips. We don’t like to complain and send food back so we just ate it and smiled. So then the bill comes. We noticed it seemed a little high so we questioned it and was told there was an up charge for the PREMIUM sides. I asked what was the premium sides and yes the baked potatoes and salad was the premium sides. Not loaded baked potatoes mind you. Not big huge salads with all the trimmings just a cold baked potato and a small salad with lettuce, a few tomatoes, some egg and a few croutons. I was told by the manager that it was written in the menu. What a crock. This has been my family’s stop when we went to London but not anymore. Now I realized why the parking lot was so empty. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Wish they had a 0 for a rating. Management should be ashamed and really needs to do something about all of this. I did congratulate the manager for getting my $108.85 for that crappy meal. It would be the last dollar they ever got from me. I wish I would have taken pictures for the post. It was terrible. Keep your money….
