Cold mac, cold mash, cold steak. Asked for medium but came out rare. Asked for it to come out piping hot. It came out luke cold. The weird thing is I sent it back to get it cooked properly and it's still back cold. How is that possible? This is New York strip, and itdefinitely tastes like the supermarket sirloin. The steak is way too chewy for a New York strip. USDB Grade B- MEAT. Either get better meat or gets sharper knives. Bread was great. Is it a weird thing to ask for food to be served hot? Like get a plate warmer, have somebody bring it to the table who is available instead of waiting for your waiter.. The bathroom was unattended to because this thing was sitting in the middle of the floor, and had foot prints from 100 customers on it. Also, there were no paper towels. And I'm not the guy who's going to use a blower. Do not open the door with your hand if you intend on eating because I had to use my foot to open it, and I had just stepped in the P that wasn't mopped up. And the staff was a little grubby, but that might be normal for Kentucky. If you want to see how a steak should come out (quality and hot) go to Trabucco oaks steakhouse in Trabuco canyon California. It was Richard Nixon's favorite steakhouse when he lived in San Clemente. It'll probably cost about double but wouldn't that be a neat thing if they could make something good, they could probably even charge more and still have a full parking lot.

We ordered the small ribeye and salad bar and by far it's probably one of the best cook steaks that I've had in a long time, we're from Cincinnati and usually do our local steakhouses and definitely on par with some of the best we've ever had. Service was very quick thanks to Aaron and he recommended the perfect delicious meal.

A 1 star is too much to give. My husband ordered a 6 ounce sirloin and it was so tough he couldn't hardly eat it. Mac and cheese was really dry. I got a 6 ounce sirloin steak and ask for well done. It was not well done. It was pink with blood running out of it. I thought the Mac and cheese was dry also. The service was terrible. The lady didn't come and offer refills. She went by our table 8 times and didn't offer any sort of service. Another waitress brought us a box to take the scraps to our dog. She also brought our ticket and took our payment. I would not recommend this place.

I greatly enjoyed the meal with friends. The food and service were great.
We were there on a Sunday evening, and we were seated right away. Service was fast and friendly.The bloody mary and the shotgun wedding beer were on point!We ordered the salmon and the steak tips with peppers & onions, the steak was chewy but edible, the salmon was raw, and had to be returned it.It was our first time eating here, so I'm hoping it was just a bad night for the chef, and I we may give them another try.

I Loved everything! Amazing! I didn’t give it 5 stars because the Macaroni and Cheese was dry, but the waitress brought me baked beans in its place! The Bread, The Steak, The Ribs, The Jumbo Baked Potato, The Shrimp, The Chicken Tenders! OMGOODNESS!! Soooo Gooood!! ❤️

Food was okay. (Just OK). Service was great. But from a many-year stint as a restaurant manager when I pull up my first impression is made. No handicapped spot ) yes I needed one. We did get a spot up close but because not a designated handicapped spot there was not room for my handicapped mother in back seat on our left (I was passenger, hubby driving mom was behind me.). Even IF I could have used mine there was a huge hole in the parking lot where I was I couldn't. I had to stubble to back of van to have my hubby help me with Walker. There was rocks so big from my huge hole my mom almost fell trying to use her Walker. Plants unruly, trash on parking lot So my first impression was not good.

Service was good but the food tasted horrible. The sirloin I ordered had no taste to it. Salad bar and rolls were good but outside of that I wouldn’t recommend. Do yourself a favor and go to Texas Roadhouse instead.

Absolute worst food and service I have ever experienced. I had the sirloin tips medium well so tough and chewy I couldn’t eat it.Husband Ordered 10ounce ribeye medium well. Received 6 ounces of boot leather. Asked for steamed broccoli it tasted like it was fresh out of the freezer bag. Server made no effort to see if we needed refills, never asked if our food was okay, nothing just sat it down and left. Server should have known food was horrible because when she asked if we needed to go boxes for our plates that were still full of food I replied if it wasn’t good enough to eat here I sure don’t want to take it with me. When I asked if they had comment cards she offered to get the manager and said if I said something before she charged me she would have been able to fix it. I tried to explain to her I don’t want free /discounted food I want to make the owner aware of the issues I had. I have no problem paying for food I order. We Paid $66 for two dinners and sweet teas not a horrible price but whomever was on the grill does not know what medium well is. Server was not hospitable at all. No suggestive selling just seemed interested in turning tables.
