Every time I come I say I’m not going back but yet I try it again after a while because I love Sonic elsewhere. No one responds at the drive thru or the pull ins for several minutes with only a couple customers do it wasn’t busy. Screens don’t work and speakers are barely audible. Food is edible. Food was cold more than once. Coffee was cold as in not even warm once also. Waitress was friendly.

Recommend this place they served 10 people through the drive-thru before they even brought her food then they brought it cold and then they didn't bring head to order so now we had to come to McDonald's to get us something to eat and they did not have to refund or nothing they said oh we're just sorry that's their kind of service

I think the food is good the service was slow but I got my food and it was good the queso sauce don’t disappoint I loved it with the fries and burger they need to make a queso sauce burger but I pulled up to the slot to order and they took forever but it was worth it🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🎀🎀🎀

Haven't Is been to a sonic In a couple of years because there wasn't one around me. This Particular sonic did not Disappoint . I even tipped five dollars because our service was so good. The double smashburger was so So good. I say try out the Groovy fries as well. So yum!
This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I live 3 minutes from this restaurant, but I make the time to drive the extra 20 minutes to Corbin if I’m craving Sonic. I have gone through the same thing twice with them. I’ve ordered a Sonic Blast with add-ons; ALL THEY GIVE IS A MEDIUM CUP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM. I asked them to refund my money, but that seems complicated for them to comprehend, considering it’s been four days with no refund.

This place is going down hill… the outside is in disrepair and every other order kiosk is broken and they never repair any. In fact the only repair I ever saw was the giant hole in the parking lot. If the outside looks as bad as it does it makes you wonder what the inside looks like…☠️☠️☠️

Over half the stalls at this place are out of order and you can't tell unless you pull-in to one. If your not going to fix the issue at least put Out of Order signs where people can see them without pulling in.
