The parking lot is a nightmare. Waiting in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes this morning reminded me why I usually drive right past this glorified place and support local coffee shops instead. Higher quality & genuine service at Love is Real just a minute down the road.

I have never in my life waited so long for a cup of coffee. All I ordered was iced latte and had to wait over 15 min. During that time, I watched at least seven cars get serviced through the drive-through and numerous phone orders filled where no one was there to pick them up. There were at least 2 if not 3 baristas.

Unreal! Horrible parking/drive thru situation. Navigated around the drive thru ridiculousness and went to go inside instead and lobby is closed!! Too busy and they couldn't handle both drive through and walk ins I guess... So much for being able to use the bathroom & also spend at least $25 there. You are just off the expressway and right next to a hotel and should expect this! Awful! I have 6 more hours of driving ahead of me. Thankful there's another location close. I'll make now not to stop at your place again.

My only issue is when they workers talk about ppls drinks. If I’m paying 11.00 for a coffee I would appreciate not hearing you all talk crap about my said drink and not knowing I was standing there listening to yall the whole time. It’s rude and unprofessional. I was about to walk to the register and buy a cup off the shelf and I heard that and put it down. I’ve been here a long long time and never heard any talk like that before. They didnt put the ristretto shot or make it upside down and said and I quote “don’t worry about it they won’t know the difference anyways”. I’m pretty sure I would. But thanks for the drink I guess. Also I don’t think they put any expresso in it at all can’t taste coffee at all. It taste like flavored milk. I got an oat milk shaken expresso and paid extra for the extra shot of expresso. My drink is orange, heck even the new place in berea is doing better than this.
