The baristas dont know how to make the menu drinks let alone a customized one. I usually give places multiple tries before submitting a review and this location got it wrong every time.

I have been to starbucks a dozen times in london ky. Today I went to get an iced water from there and told me that I have to buy an item before I can get an iced water!! Excuse me? Since when am I going to be told I HAVE to buy something from somewhere. No. Will not be back.

We at one time loved Starbucks!!! We ordered online, got there and waited. And waited. Asked about the order, was told their ticket system messed up so they hadn't even started the order. After about 30 minutes more waiting, I asked if they needed to refund the order. I was told they were clearing ALL of the orders after me FIRST. ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES to get two drinks and two pre-made sandwiches. RIDICULOUS.

Door Dash orders are prioritized over customers ordering in cafe. I waited 15 minutes for a caramel macchhiato. Completely ridiculous. Trash cans overflowing. Bathroom out of toilet paper. Very frustrating experience.

The parking lot is a nightmare. Waiting in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes this morning reminded me why I usually drive right past this glorified place and support local coffee shops instead. Higher quality & genuine service at Love is Real just a minute down the road.

I have never in my life waited so long for a cup of coffee. All I ordered was iced latte and had to wait over 15 min. During that time, I watched at least seven cars get serviced through the drive-through and numerous phone orders filled where no one was there to pick them up. There were at least 2 if not 3 baristas.

Asked for a nitro and they gave me one that was only 3/4 filled. They didn't seem to care. This place sucks
