Ordered our sandwiches online and they were not ready when I got there. I had to wait a few minutes for them to get finished. One of the sandwiches wasn't opened until later. It was supposed to have double meat, but it didn't. For the price we paid, you'd think we would have gotten what we paid for. My wife contacted the store via email but never got a response.

There are flies all around the food. The dining room isn’t clean. There’s a new girl who doesn’t even ask if she can help you. She just stares until you confront her, then does the same at the toppings. The new guy has a beard which hangs over the food. This Subway has a lot of potential. Too bad it’s poorly managed.

Worst experience ever. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and never heard anyone. When I went in, there were no customers inside and three workers. All three of the workers looked like they needed a shower (greasy hair everywhere, dirt under nails, one of them had a fist size hole in their shirt showing their stomach). And two of them were fighting because the one at the register was on the phone and not doing anything. The one thay made my sandwich stormed off and it took the one at the register longer to check me out than it took to make the sandwich. I won't be back.

1 day I went and they were out of the bread I wanted. Next time I go they were out of meatballs. Go and get my order a few days later and they had everything. Yesterday I go and they were out of mozzarella and provolone. It's close by but it's not being managed well at all!!

Hands down the best Subway ever! If you visit Jellico Tennessee you have to stop and meet the workers! The food is always as fresh as it can be and the service is amazing! These guys take pride in their work and they love to serve people! The lady says she's changing the world one sub at a time!

the kid forgot the cheese, heated the sub up with all the veggies on it put the absolute wrong meat it’s sad when the customer knows what goes on the sub better then the employee.?♂️ do
