Worst Philly I e ever had . Never come here again ?

Horribly understaffed, put in a mobile order and waited 30 min. The sub never even got made in the end because I was on a time constraint.

Literally the worst subway in London, they don’t answer their phone. Every single time I go here, im in the drive thru for atleast 15 minutes until I drive off. Food is never even toasted enough. Do better.

I had a chicken Teriyaki and it was fresh and the best I ever had the guy that made my sandwich was hunter at the dog path subway they was very friendly and great 10/10

I am in the quest to find who can make a perfect non spilling sub that can be devour at its peak. I had ate on a lot of subway across the London. I can say that this subway is matching good quality and manner to make a perfect sub. Chris the guy who worked there was also nice and patient. I liked that fact that when I was devouring the sandwich there was very few sauce overflow from sandwich which is a good thing that the guy who works there have good experience in how to fill sauces and veggies without spilling the sauce from bread. I will give this Subway a 4.7/5, thank you Chris for making my experience much better.

I ordered a Meatball Marinara sandwich, but the lady that worked there charged me for a boss sub, I asked her why she increased the price and she said that only the boss sandwich has meatballs. I know the price because I go there often but if you want to pay extra it’s an amazing place for you!

I ORDERED A DELIVERY ORDER OFF OF THE APP & SOMEONE STOLE MY ORDER. How stupid can you be to let someone take someone else’s order?? Sounds like someone not doing their job. I can’t even get a hold of any customer service nor can this subway answer their phone. So i can’t get a refund and i don’t get my food. -100/10 service from me. I will not be back at this subway EVER AGAIN. Do not eat here. It’s run by drug heads.

A visit from May 13th, 2024: The owner of this franchise hasn't walked into this building for a long time - and we can only assume this because any GOOD owner/GM would be absolutely ashamed at the condition of this location, and then they'd actually do something about it. Considering a constant stream of traffic off i-75 must churn them a nice, big payout regardless of its condition, they probably think "why bother?"I will say one positive thing and that is about the solo employee who was overwhelmed today, working alone, probably newer and minimally trained. They were kind and trying to stay positive under pressure. This employee did not deserve the stress of manning the busy store alone, nor did they deserve the rude remarks from customers because there were no lids stocked, the soda machine was out of order, and no toilet paper in the restrooms. There was NO WAY they could have stopped making food to stock shelves, clean, etc. Doordash orders were flying in as well, and I just felt terrible for this young woman.One can only imagine what the food supply/storage is like, if the rest is this poorly kept. The local health department is being notified.

They are thieves, do NOT use this store EVER.I ordered food on the subway app. When we arrived at the store to pick up the order, the employee said "we are out of meat". I asked what kind of "meat"? And he said all of it, so he couldn't honor our order. He said he didn't know how to cancel the order or reimburse me, since my credit card was charged for the order. I was told I would have to call the store during the day when there is a manager there. I have called the store repeatedly and no one answers and there is no way to leave a message. I ordered food for my family so they stole over $40 from us.
