I went in for the first time to order some sub's. I met the employees Angie and Tiffany. Now talk about polite and respectful and professional!!! Not only did they earn my respect but they've earned my business from now on. My wife and I will be ordering from here from bow on. We've eaten at other Subways in London and Corbin but this place is by far the best one!!!!! Thank you to the management for hiring those 2 ladies! We will be back!! 6 out of 5 ⭐

I have been to many subways but today I went to main street in London I told her I was on lunch she made my sandwich within a couple min and it was the best I ever had. I've never gotten one that was still hot and it was still warm after I finished eating what I wanted I'm very impressed. This girl deserves a raise.

went to this store first of all one of the workers was extremely rude! This girl seemed like she just hated life and took it out on us. She had black hair and seemed really young. she worked on 3-3-23. She seemed really tense and I felt like even the girl she was training was tense because of her attitude! She deserves heavy punishment for the way she treated us today.

Hey, Subway is a great service in public. But when you door-dash subway.. it's horrible. I had ordered 3 subs for me and friends. Nothing right with that, right? Well, I had finished my order and waited for the food to arrive. 30 minutes late from the time it was supposed to arrive, the food came. The person who served it to us was very sweet. We went in the house ready to eat. When we opened the sandwiches to see who's is who's.. that's when we saw it. It looked like someone had puked on bread and shipped it. Now I would give you 0 stars, but I can't do that.. So I give you... a 1.

Recently the quality has dropped significantly; sandwiches were soggy. Most recently an online order was placed and was never able to be fulfilled because the lone staff person behind the counter had to prioritize the walk-ins. That’s understandable; what makes it so bad is having only one person during peak times with too much volume for one person. It’s not the staff’s fault. If online orders can’t be fulfilled in a timely manner they should just shut down online ordering.
