Stood there waiting while the employees were goofing around playing music and once another customer came up they didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting and asked how they could help her. Rude!!

Good food, good service and good atmosphere. Not GREAT but GOOD ?
Ordered a steak melt, was barely warm and cheese wasn't melted. Needed longer in the oven. Use the app to order so couldn't watch it being made. Picked up as it was finished being made. Of course paid $3 for double meat, barely any on it. Sad thing is it wasn't busy(not a single customer) so no excuses as to why the sandwich seemed rushed.

I placed a order for pick up on the app and when we showed up at the time it told us it would be ready the gate was closed. we waited over half a hour and no one showed up to get the food that we were told was ready to pick up
