I placed an order on the app sitting in the drive thru assuming it would send the order to the Taco Bell I was at. I didn’t live in this town and was visiting friends. Instead it sent my order to the location all the way across town???? So I cancel the order and go inside to place an order. Instead of helping me and asking to take my order, they just stood and looked at me, didn’t say I’m sorry for the confusion, we can help you, we would happy to take your order, NOTHING!!! I work in customer service for a living and if I treated my customers the way I was treated-I wouldn’t have a job for very long. I have used the app now twice and both times I haven’t received my order or any food. I didn’t even get my money back the first time and it was $13 and change. This is the LAST time I will ever visit Taco Bell, with or without an app. Horrible customer service!!

It's fast food. What do you expect. But they have a great value and great tasting food. Order on the app as you are driving to the place and you get to skip any line that may be there. I always pick it up inside so I don't have to wait in the drive threw

I placed an online order when getting off the interstate. We was greeted upon entry and our food was ready when we arrived. Everything was made to order, fresh and tasted great. Nice to have covered outside seating available as well.

Finally, the Caramal Apple Empanada's are back. So glad I stopped in today!
Staff at 8:26 PM on Friday, December 20th deserve a raise or bonus, only time I've went to a Taco Bell that was actually "Fast Food" ordered 2 combos and everything was in there (that's a new for Taco Bell as well, my first time coming to this specific one though and will hopefully be back.) Staff very nice and fast, food was hot and as fresh as Taco Bell can be.
