My family and I had a disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse. Every order we've placed here has been inconsistent—some dishes arrive overcooked, others underseasoned, and portion sizes vary widely. It took an excessively long time for our order to arrive, leaving us waiting far longer than reasonable. To make matters worse, our order was mistakenly given to another table, further delaying our meal. The final straw was promising our son a birthday song and cake, only to never follow through, which left him heartbroken. The staff was apologetic, but the overall experience was frustrating and fell short of expectations.
Came in for dinner tonight with my grandmother and parents, we can be a handful. Server was very kind, on top of things when it came to finding a gluten friendly menu (two of us have celiac) and had an excellent sense of humor. She went above and beyond (earned herself a good family meal in my opinion) Food was great. The steak, perfection. Thanks for the peanuts☺️

One of the best Texas Roadhouses I’ve been to!!! Service is amazing and the food is even better! Bobby Anderson was THE BEST waiter and even line danced to footloose with me and my best friend!! Give Bobby a raise!!!!

Ate dinner there today this place has went downhill fast, ribeye was maybe half inch if that had no flavor, ribs was dry and bland, fries was burnt and hard, the server was horrible I went 45 minutes without anything to drink and the place wasn’t even busy will not return.

Waited forever for my steak, ordered medium, when it finally arrived it was way well done. Baked potato was horrible, no potato in it? Still waiting on my steak to be prepared correctly… hey here it is.. rare🤬. The beer was good 😏
