This was our first time dining at Weaver’s. The quality of the food did not meet the $32.60 price for two people to eat a plain hot dog, hamburger, fries, and drinks. The customer service was nice enough though. In my opinion, Weaver’s is a “to each their own” type of thing.
We were excited to try this place as the reviews were amazing. We were very disappointed. $40 for 2 chili dogs, fries, a cheeseburger , 2 drinks and one very expensive fried pie. Now- if the flavor had lived up to the price…
But sadly it didn’t. The chili was flat and bland. And dry. I have never had such dry chili on a chili dog in my life. The fries were perfectly cooked but very salty. The pineapple pie was -eh. Not able to salvage the very dry parboiled hamburger in the chili. Not what we had hoped for. We drove over an hour for the experience and now we know. Was
Hoping for a somewhat zestier, juicy chili to make my mouth water…. Maybe next time.
And they forgot our burger and pie until we reminded them.

Happy we chose this spot for lunch during our short visit with family from the area. We ordered our food to go so, we could enjoy the visit at a nearby park. The food was great and the carryout bag was filled with napkins and condiments!! Will definitely drop in again!!

I stopped by for lunch after running errands in town. I love this place. The name implies hot dogs but it’s so much more than that. Lots of comfort food and other interesting choices on the menu. Delicious fresh ingredients cooked to order, served hot. I had my usual - cheeseburger and fries with Ale 8.
Nice friendly staff, friendly customers.
Bring cash! It’s cash only $
Parking: Plenty of parking in the Weaver’s lot but also an overflow lot and plenty of street parking too.

Excellent food. The fried pies are absolutely awesome! Given we were that during the lunch rush hour, I think the service was very good.

Before going vegan, I loved this place. Now my options are very limited, but there are some. Oatmeal without butter, sautéed veggies with hash browns (no butter or no cheese) and toast no butter.
The employees are always friendly and helpful.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarians have more options than vegans, but there are a few things that can be modified
